If you're looking for a relaxing holiday, in a beautiful part of the West Country, with comfortable well-equipped accommodation, then look no further!

Our 2 bedroom holiday home is situated on the Country View side of the park with views across to Exmoor and the steam railway. The main living area and kitchen are open plan, there is a double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, twin bedroom, shower room and separate WC. There is also a double sofa-bed in the lounge. Electric cooker with separate grill and electric hob. Fridge, microwave, and DAB radio. Television, DVD player and a selection of DVD's.

Regarding cleaning, we operate a leave it as you find it system to keep the rental costs down. So we ask that you please clean the caravan at the end of your stay. Also please take your own bed linen and towels, duvets and pillows are provided.

Outside there is a private parking space for the caravan, plus a storage box with garden chairs for guests to use.

Blue Anchor Bay is an unspoilt coastal area, with 2 convenient pubs, and the very popular Driftwood Café for breakfast, tea and cake. The beach is just a few minutes walk from Hoburne, from which you can walk all the way to the medieval town of Dunster and beyond to Minehead.

Exmoor National Park is close by and Blue Anchor provides a great base to go and explore the many local attractions and sites. Dunkery Beacon, Porlock Weir, Dunster and Watersmeet to name a few. The West Somerset Railway line runs through Blue Anchor and adjacent to the park, and provides a superb and convenient means of visiting the many places of interest along the line. There's also some lovely walks from the park (you'll find a book in the caravan). And I'm happy to supply some information for any cyclists planning to visit, having explored much of the area by bike myself.

We've owned a caravan at Hoburne Blue Anchor for several years now, we absolutely love the area and always find new places to explore. But most of all it's a great place to go and relax.

We're sure you'll love it too!

Guest Comments

We have to say without question this is the easiest rental we have done and owners are without question perfect in everyway. The transaction was honest, straightforward and value for money. The caravan was spotless and the directions to operate very easy. We will rate this as 10/10 in all aspects and we will be booking again for sure. Thanks for making the break one to remember. I would highly recommend this over any park booking due to the communication and whole experience.
