This is a family owned caravan and we like to enjoy it aswell so please look after it and respect the rules.
Check in available at 2 pm and check out by 10am
No pets

All gas electric and water is included in price
Entertainment passes will need to be purchased from reception £8 each off peak and £10 each at peak times

If holiday booked last minute within less than 4 weeks full payment is required
We accept bank transfer or pay pal
Deposits are non refundable
Please report any damage or breakeages to us so we can rectify for the next family
Anti social behaviour will not be tolerated and park Dean have the right to give notice for you to leave the park and your holiday will be terminated. Finally we hope you enjoy your holiday and have a safe journey
