Text 1: we are having a great time at sandhills. Wondered if you could tell us the site references of your other caravans and the proposed plot for resiting barefoot so we can have a look. Really impressed with the location and the nice personal bits n pieces in barefoot.
Reply: our other caravans are S9 and E54 we have given the site our preferred plots but no one is moving at present. We hope there might be movement at the end of this season but we have just got to wait and see.
Text 2: Thanks for the site info. We arrived home safely last evening after a great relaxing holiday at barefoot. Thanks for all your help and attention to detail. Weather was kind to us. Note: The bird hide at alverstone - a notice at the entrance to the unmade lane states hide closed from mid march 2017 I think for safety reasons and cars are not allowed in the lane however we did see red squirrels elsewhere!
Guest book: We are a very 'chilled out' couple!
Your caravan has a very homely feel and is a peaceful & tranquil place to relax, particularly as the site has been very quiet.
A 'must' to come back soon.
Thanks so much - you've been very accommodating.

Email: Just to let you know we had a really lovely holiday that week in IoW, lucky with the weather nearly the entire week, and the caravan was great with everything we needed.
Failed to get the girls – both teenagers – to write on rocks like the others who stayed but they did write two pages in the guest book…silly stuff.
Just FYI things we liked:
Wonky Café great for breakfast and snacks, Whitecliff bay beach was better than ever this year generally Culver Haven Inn – went there last year, still good.
Propeller Inn – had not been back since we first came 5 years ago, when we had a so so meal, but this time it was
cracking – steak dinners very good indeed.
Pilot Boat Inn – best crab sandwich, very nice and have been every year without fail.
Sally’s Riding School – again, go every year and the girls had a beach horse ride at St Helen’s. Excellent as usual
Monkey Haven nr Newport – first time there, great place
IoW zoo – always a good bet, been every year
Decent Indian in Shanklin, was Purple Mango now called something else?
Decent takeaway from Lu Shan Chinese in Bembridge, had sit down there before, left menu in caravan as they deliver to Sandhills
Shanklin Chine in day & night still good…we like Shanklin seafront all round
Avoided **** on your advice, been there a few times before and it was OK but gave it a miss this time.
Osborne House, Sandown Seafront, The Needles and Ventnor all nice as always…
We always go to the Hare & Hound in Arreton nr Robin Hill, good for drinks and nibbles
Yes, we did a lot that week. We will more than likely come back and book with you next year, unless a planned trip to Australia happens (family live there)
Thanks – we had a brilliant week in the IoW and caravan was spot on. The R Family

Review: Good morning, just a brief email to say how much we enjoyed our stay in your lovely caravan, we found it beautifully clean and welcoming and the views over the bay were wonderful. Not to mention the hot showers, and the gift you so thoughtfully left for us, will make a great paperweight on my desk at work.
My parents are well rested, and we made the walk down to the Wonky Cafe most mornings for breakfast. I did not think that my Mom & Dad would manage the steep climb but they did! Also walked up to the monument from the campsite, took it slowly but got to the top and back down, which I thought was incredible given that Mom is 86 and Dad 84!!! must be the sea air.
Thank you again, will definitely return.

Email: Just a quick word to say what a great holiday we had last week. The caravan was excellent very clean and comfortable. Lovely location overlooking the sea. A nice touch leaving a pair of binoculars to use, lots of ships to follow, Also we loved the cliff top walks just through the gate and the Wonky cafe (although sea a bit rough when we visited) would not hesitate to book with you again in the future.

FAMILY OF 4 (children 9 month baby & 5 year old daughter), ISLEWORTH
Email: just a note to say we really enjoyed our week on the IOW, the weather was good to us - bar the deluge on Friday! - and it was great having the beach so close by. I assume you will tear up the cheque to cover any damages, but do let me know if there are any issues. You mentioned you welcomed feedback, we thought some of the beds might benefit from some mattress enhancers but otherwise we were very comfortable. All the best.
Couple from Southampton
