Had a great weeks stay, caravan was really clean and spacious, offers a lot more than just any standard caravan. Board games, books, PlayStation, DVDs to watch and play if the weathers not so good, you can never get bored here, everything has been thought of to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Will definitely be back in 2020 and will recommend this caravan to others, wouldn’t book with anybody else, thanks for letting us stay

A really well presented caravan. Everything you require was there and any queries were soon answered by Steve. Only quibble Internet connection and Sky a bit iffy. This aside my wife and I had a very pleasant stay. The site is well presented too.

Yet again another great week staying here, great service from the owner, great caravan would not use anybody else this caravan has everything you need and more from baby spoons which we forgot to board games and PlayStation the list goes on. The caravan is like being home from home there’s so much room, really happy with our stay and will definitely be back again, thank you for letting us stay once again

Excellent stay at Steve and Marie's caravan at Sunnysands Caravan Park. This was our first visit to Sunnysands. The caravan was very comfortable and Steve went out of the way to ensure we had everything we needed. Thoroughly enjoyable week being so close to the beach was a definite bonus. First a thank you to Steve who has been a true gentleman all the way through making every effort to make the booking as easy as possible. We had a lovely week away in Steve's van which we found spotless, it was well set out full of modern up to date facilities. A nice comfy bed, decking outside to chill on and a fantastic view of snowdonia. We liked to be able to go for a walk on the beach with an absolutely stunning stretch of sand a stones throw away .We also enjoyed the opportunity to go swimming in the pool a short walk away .It is a lovely roomy van and the location is spot on. My only small issue is the difficulty getting the car parked outside the caravan, due to the access passing the other caravans with tight turns, ok for a small car but could be awkward with big cars but only a very small issue. Overall excellent location,facilities, customer service and well organised would love to visit again soon.

Lovely clean caravan, excellent facilities. Campsite on beach Great holiday with lots to do in North Wales. Great communication with owner Steve Would definitely recommend and visit again

Lovely clean and tidy caravan. Perfect spot. On site beach was beautiful, miles of sand. Picturesque views, sunset not to be missed. Plenty to see and visit, something for everyone. Would definitely go back. Thank you for letting us hire your caravan.

My family and myself stayed in Steve & Marie's well presented, lovely, very clean caravan. We really can’t thank them enough. It had excellent facilities including games and games console for the children. We all really enjoyed our stay here. Steve texted upon arrival to make sure everything was okay.. he answered every question I asked, couldn't fault him. Excellent customer service!! We were very happy with our choice of caravan and will be returning again soon. I would definitely recommend staying in one of Steve and Marie’s caravans, you won’t be disappointed!!

Steve really goes out of his way to help if you have any questions or queries. Nothing is too much trouble and he really cares about all his customers having a good holiday. The customer service he provides is fantastic. We received our bond back the day after our holiday which was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend staying in one of Steve and Marie's caravans. They are well looked after and you won't be disappointed. Thank you! ????

Had a wonderful week in Steve and Marie's caravan, so homely and clean! Me, my 6 month old son and my sister and her 7 year old son couldn't of been happier with the things provided in the caravan, plastic bowls and spoons for the baby came in handy as I forgot them..clean facilities made me feel comfortable making my baby's bottles. Caravan is well looked after, stayed in sunny sands 5/6 times and this was our first stay in steves caravan deffianlty would not book with anyone else in future, perfect stay!! Really comfy beds, gorgeous veiws and amazing outside space. Steve answered every question I asked, texted upon arrival to make sure everything was okay.. will be booking again in near future ..big thank you Steve and Marie!X

Really can`t thank Steve and his wife Marie enough for letting me and my wife stay at their beautiful caravan. This is a well kept ,clean and tidy caravan to relax in, either as a family or a couple looking to just relax. The caravan has a brilliant shower and the most comfortable bed, a games console for children and a T.V. There was no problem with parking. The camp site has everything that is needed for a enjoyable holiday. Steve will really look after you and make sure you have a enjoyable stay at this beautiful caravan. We (Me, wife and 11yo daughter) stayed for a week in Steve’s lovely caravan at the end of May 2018. Absolutely fantastic. Excellent pitch and location for clubhouse and swimming pool. Only 3 or 4 minute walk to both. Very comfortable and clean caravan. Nice to have a good size TV as well for when weather isn’t too great. Fortunately for us we had wonderful weather during our stay. Steve couldn’t do enough for us. Texted me to check all was ok and even asked if we thought there was anything else that needed doing to the van. Nice comfy beds too and large seating area. Very very happy with our choice of caravan and will be returning in the near future. The clubhouse needs more bar staff though !!!!!
