This is our 4th time staying in Sue's caravan, lovely van with everything you need, situated on a lovely green next to the park so you can see your children.will be booking again shortly ready for 2023.

We have just returned after a week in this beautiful caravan and would definitely go again. It was a lovely caravan and very comfortable and roomy and the balcony was a fab size and it had the perfect location. I have a fussy child when staying somewhere (13 years old) and she enjoyed her stay here. Sue was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble.

Beautiful caravan - we have visited three times now for our family summer holidays. We have loved the caravan, especially the decking at the front where we spent a lot of time relaxing & enjoying the sunshine. Perfect location also for the football pitch & kid's park.

Me and my family had such a lovely stay, it was situated near everything I.e park, tennis courts and walking distance to the beach. Very clean and tidy with loads of space and a lovely seating area outside. We will definitely be returning. Owner was very good with communicating too so no problems there.

Myself, my daughter and 2 grandsons had a lovely weekend in this beautiful caravan. It had everything we needed and was very spacious. The decking was fab and also very safe for the little ones to play out and lovely seating area. The site is lovely and quiet and a short stroll to a wonderful beach. Also very convenient for Prestatyn and Llandudno. Wish we could have stayed longer. Can't wait to return. Highly recommended Susan the owner was very helpful too, thank you

An ideal holiday home for our family, all the modern touches you would want in a caravan and it was great to have the balcony for sunbathing as well with the awesome weather over the Easter weekend. The play area was not too close to distract us with noise and yet only a very short walking distance we could easily take the children too for them to enjoy too. We really had a great enjoyable stay and we will certainly check availability to book this caravan again if we come back next year!

We were looking for a mini break and came across this stunning caravan, we stayed just a couple of nights and were really impressed with how well equipped it was and comfortable and clean. In an amazing location, 5 minutes walk to the beach, weather perfect as,well, couldn't have asked for more, would love to return, thank you for everything. We didn't want to leave??????
