The caravan is situated on West Sands in a quiet cul de sac, 5 mins walk from the beautiful beach and the main entertainment complex and Oasis swimming pool. There are 2 other entertainment complexes which are served by a free bus service. Kids clubs are available. Walking distance to Selsey village and close to the market town of Chichester. Also close by is Bognor Regis, Portsmouth, West Witterings and within easy distance of Brighton.

Terms and Conditions: Payment accepted by cheque or bank transfer in English Pounds only. £100 deposit (non refundable) plus £100 refundable damage deposit. This will be refunded following inspection. Balance of holiday to be paid no less than 6 weeks prior to holiday. Late bookings can be accepted subject to availability and must be paid in full by bank transfer at time of booking.

Cancellations: If holiday is cancelled after full payment is made within 6 weeks of holiday date, then this payment will be forfeited unless the week can be rebooked, in which case there will be a 75% refund less non refundable deposit. Occupation of caravan is at own risk and you are advised to take out holiday insurance.
