Owner Description

Enjoy a holiday in beautiful Perranporth in this modern Carnaby Melrose caravan.

It has a stunning front row position, with unrivalled views of Perranporth Beach. Enjoy the view all year as the caravan has full gas central heating, double glazing and an electric fire.

There is a large grassed area to both sides of the caravan and a private path leading up to the decking and front door. As you enter the caravan, there is a spacious hallway, with doors leading to the boiler and the two bedrooms. The main bedroom is extremely spacious and has a large double bed and spacious wardrobes. There is a door leading to the shower room and toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds and wardrobe space.

The hallway leads to the kitchen area, which is fully equipped with gas oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The kitchen overlooks the beach, and is spacious.

There is a dining area, leading into the lounge area. This has a sweeping, comfortable settee with TV and DVD player. There are stunning views over Perranporth Beach to be enjoyed all year.

Liskey Hill is a small family site, with a short walk to the beach. Facilities on site include a BBQ area, games room and laundry room.

THIS IS A VERY SPACIOUS CARAVAN WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEWS OVER PERRANPORTH BEACH. THERE IS AMPLE PARKING SPACE AND A GENEROUS DECKED AREA OUTSIDE. IT IS WELL EQUIPPED INSIDE, ALTHOUGH WE DID VERY LITTLE COOKING, BUT IT WOULD BE EASY TO SELF CATER IF NECESSARY. THE DOUBLE BEDROOM IS THE BIGGEST I HAVE EVER SEEN IN A CARAVAN WITH PLENTY OF STORAGE SPACE FOR CLOTHES ETC. OVERALL, A VERY NICE CARAVAN WHICH I WOULD DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN.
