Our homely 3 bedroom prestige caravan is available to rent for 2021 on Devon cliffs Sandy Bay.

It is situated in a beautiful location and just a short walk from both the Beach and complex.
Parking is close by.

Our Swift Bordeaux caravan has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 comfortably. 1 double with en-suite toilet and washbasin, 2 twin rooms and a family bathroom.
Our patio doors in the lounge when open brings the outside into the caravan. The wrap around gated lockable decking is ideal and safe for your children. If you haven't got a family you can sit back and enjoy the fantastic view and peaceful environment.
In front of the caravan is a large grass area where children can play safely and within sight and hearing so you can relax and enjoy your stay it also makes it a very quiet and peaceful place.

The kitchen/Diner is fully equipped for your needs and we also supply children's dishes and cutlery. It has the added bonus of an integral full size fridge and freezer. It’s fully equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, a full range of dishes and cutlery and cooking equipment that you may require.

Underneath the sink is a small amount of cleaning items and clothes pegs. We supply washing up liquid and sponge together with Hand soap. You will need to bring your own towels and tea towel.
The table is free standing and has 6 chairs, we also have a highchair available.

The lounge area has a 3 and 2 seater comfortable sofa. It benefits from a nice size coffee table and 2 pouffes which stow away under the coffee table. There is a TV with integral Dvd player and we provide an assortment of dvds for your use. We also have an arrangement of games and books to suit all ages. An inviting living flame fire can provide extra heat if you need or a warming glow of an evening.
The Patio doors open onto our decking where you will find a table and chairs for outside dining and relaxing. A storage box also has an assortment of outside games and a useful wind break and buckets and spades etc.

The central heating thermostat is found to the left of the patio doors so you can control the heating, there is also individual thermosts on the radiators.

A door from the kitchen opens to the corridor where you will find hooks for outdoor garments.

Off of the corridor you will find the Bedrooms and Bathroom.

The first bedroom on the left is a twin bedded room with a full size single wardrobe. There is also over bed storage and an added benefit of a reading light. The bedside table is moveable so you can push the beds together if you wish. Above the radiator is a shelf and a useful size mirror.
An upright Hoover can be found in the wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 is a smaller twin bedded room. It has a half single wardrobe over the end of one of the beds. There is cupboard storage above the head of the beds. A removable bedside table separates the beds. There is also a useful size mirror.

In both bedrooms the twin beds can be stacked making room for a travel cot together with 1 single bed. The travel cot will also fit in the master bedroom.

The master bedroom is a double with under bed storage. It has a double wardrobe and 2 drawers for storage. There is a dressing table area with a double socket, a stool and a mirror, useful for drying your hair. There is also a cupboard underneath where you will find our hair dryer. To the side of this area is your second Tv/dvd player. Either side of the beds are bedside tables and lamps and above the bed is storage cupboards.There is also a reading light. Under the bed is stored an iron and ironing board, high chair, travel cot, bed guard, a useful clothes airer and sun parasol should you require it. A travel cot will fit in this room.

There is a door which leads to a second toilet and washbasin we provide a pump hand soap.

The Bathroom is spacious with a large walk in double shower with glass sliding door. There is a bathroom cupboard over which is a shaving light and socket. We provide a pump hand soap.

We have tried to include most items for your holiday.

The caravan is situated on Spruces a lovely pitch midway between the Beach and complex. Its a very peaceful pitch with no through traffic.
The parking area is to the side of the road and we have a path leading to our caravan

The Key to the caravan is stored in a key safe so no queuing at reception. The key code will be given to you before your stay.
There is smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detector in the caravan.

We provide Bed linen with beds made up on arrival.
We offer 3,4,7 and 14 night stays.

Optional extra we will purchase your passes on your behalf following the full payment.

We have a no pets policy. We ask for no smoking or vaping in the caravan or on the decking .

This is a Haven site and has a full programme of entertainment if you purchase the Fun Passes this is optional for you and you can use the caravan with no entertainment.

On site there is a Supermarket, laundrette, coffee shop, and takeaways... pizza, fish and chips also pizza.

There is also a Tesco, lidls and other useful shops a short drive away
