We have a fabulous and homely holiday home which is situated on Devon Cliffs Sandy Bay and is waiting to give you a Brilliant holiday whatever the weather, it is on Spruces which is a great spot only a 5 minute walk to the beach and not much longer to the entertainment complex.

We take bookings for Friday to Monday and/or Monday to Friday. School summer holiday’s are Saturday to Saturday only.

We clean our own caravan so cleaned and checked to a high standard for your holiday.

It's a stunning 3 Bedroom caravan with a side gated decking furnished with patio furniture to enable you to enjoy having a meal or that evening drink. You will enjoy beautiful panoramic horizon sea views whilst relaxing and having a great holiday.

It Benefits from Central heating and double glazing to keep you comfortable in all seasons.

We have a wide range of DVDs, Books and games to suit all ages. We provide a starter pack of a toilet roll, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, hand soap and a small amount of cleaning items. The central heating has easy controls using a thermostat.

The caravan is no smoking or pets.

Bed Linen is included in the price and the beds are made up and ready for your arrival.

The caravan has a large walk-in shower with a washbasin in the bathroom and then has a separate WC with washbasin room allowing a peaceful shower.

When you walk into the lounge kitchen/ Diner is extremely spacious and has a large dining table with 3 Benches and the lounge has corner seating which is very comfortable. There is an additional electric fire if required also plentiful storage area.

There is 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, plenty or wardrobe space and double glazing
Parking is close by and the caravan benefits by being a 5-minute walk to either the beach or complex.

We ask for a £50 deposit to secure your date then the total balance payable by six weeks before the date. We also ask for a £100 refundable security payment, which is refunded providing the caravan is left as it was handed to you.

We have availability for 3,4-,7-, 10- or 14-night stays.
A full entertainment programme is available if you purchase the Play passes direct from Devon Cliffs.

The caravan will be ready for you by the latest 3pm on your arrival and we ask you to vacate the caravan by 10am on leaving.
