Large open plan living/dining with 42in free-view TV, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, 2 separate toilets. Gas fire in living room and optional heater. The entertainment passes enable access to the show bar with live entertainment, every night during season. Separate bar/restaurant with pool table, amusement arcade, swimming pool, and on site entertainment team who organise activities for kids/adults, free to all is 2 children's play areas, football court, shop and launderette. entertainment passes are NOT included in the price.

There is easy access to sandy beach, scenic dene which is a local nature reserve with running beck. There is horse riding school just off site. Blackhall and Hartlepool are within walking distance. Theres also Tweedle farm which is great for kids. Local cities, Durham (25) miles, Sunderland (23) miles, Newcasle (35) miles.
