Welcome to our privately owned holiday home on Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, Sandy Bay, Exmouth, Devon.
This is a brand new 2018 Ambleside Premier - platinum status (Top tier).

This site is Havens 5 Star Europe’s number one Flagship site and boasts its own private "Blue Flag" beach, and beautiful coastal walks. Perfect if you want a quiet getaway or something for all the family.

Our holiday home is an Ambleside premier set in a beautiful quiet location in Hawks View, with no through traffic.
With sea views and a large gated veranda area with rattan corner sofa and table, and separate patio area.

5-10 minute walk to the main centre containing all the shops, bars and the Funworks complex.
Passes for site amenities can be purchased separately from reception
Double Glazed 2018 model - 41ft x 14’ Sleeps up to 8.
3 x bedrooms all with memory foam mattress, consisting of:
1 x Double Bedroom with En-suite (toilet and basin) and dressing area.
1 x Double Bedroom with Full size twin beds (beds can be made into a double)
2 x Junior Bed (3/4) bed (beds can be made into a double)

Fully central heated with combi Boiler,
Built in bluetooth surround sound and DAB radio (facility to connect phone for music)
All bedrooms have wall mounted DVD combination TVS (minimum 19") with freeview
Master bedroom has 30" wall mounted DVD combination TV (with free view)
