Owner Description

Top of the range exclusive Heretige Serenity Super Lodge. One of the largest there is - 48ft x 20ft. From the minute you step inside you will see the luxury of this accommodation. Solid doors, plastered walls, electric Velux roof windows. Full width Bi-fold doors to the 20ft lounge allow you to experience the fantastic unobstructed views of the sea, mountains and golf course. Two large leather sofas to relax on and there is also a pull out double bed to give an extra sleeping area should you want it. Opening out onto a two tier veranda with large seating/dining area and lower Hot Tub and fire pit area. Large hammock to the side allows you to relax in comfort and enjoy the sun.

In the luxury kitchen there is a top of the range Induction Hob, double oven, built in microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and Wine Cooler. LED lighting. Utility area contains washer/dryer, boiler, Iron and Ironing Board, Hoover. There are 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and One King size. Ensuite bathroom contains a full size bath whilst the main bathroom contains a double shower. All bedrooms also have televisions.. A ramped access path to the front door provides easy access for pushchairs and wheelchairs.

In an exclusive gated area of the park looking out towards Snowdonia, Criccieth and Harlech it is a beautiful, quiet and relaxing place to get away from it all and relax but close enough to the main park to enjoy the entertainment, sports and pool complex should you want to. With 3 beaches in close walking distance as well as the renowned Black Rock Sands close by where you can drive onto the beach and park all day.
