Situated in area of Outstanding Natural Beauty along side the Anglesey Coastal Walking Patth and Cors Cae Owen wild life area. It is in a group of four all with their own gardens giving a level of privacy that no other campsite can achieve you will not be disapointed. There are two bedrooms, the main bedroom is a double with fitted wardrobes etc the second having two single beds. (Not bunks). There are also two putup double bed one within the lounge and the other within the kitchen area. It has a shower/washroom and separate toilet. There are three steps to climb to gain access to the caravan so may not be suitable for disabled. Outside you have a wooden deck patio with furniture and a small grass area for sitting out. (Not large enough for games). 20 meters through the trees is our main garden area for your general use with our othere guests. 50 meters by 50 meters with trampoline and swinging seats etc. Parking for one vehicle is alongside the caravan patio. Please be aware that there is no access to Wifi and mobile reception is poor. However 20/30 mmeters along the lane you can get 3 to 4 bars.

The caravan albeit 18 years old has never been let out and the previous owners took special care of it, you will find it clean and tidy to enhance your holiday experince. Bedding is not supplied unless otherewise arranged, so you will need to bring your own duvets, sheets and pillowcases as your party requires..

Cemaes Bay is an oldworld fishing villiage with a history of ship building and brick works. It is now just mainly a tourist villiage with an oustanding beach. Shallow and safe for bathing. Access to which can be gained from bothsides. Boat launching is permitted from within the small harbour or from the east carpark Llanbadrig side.

Our nearest beach White Lady beach approx 300 meters, down 5 steps to a sandy/pebble area. This is our favourite as it is also made up of numerous rock pools and small caves that will keep children active all day. Dogs are permitted on White Lady Beach all year. Dogs are also permitted on the main Cemaes Beach east side only.

There are just too many attraction on Anglesey to list. Othere wbsites especiall "" for all local information is available. Or take a look at my site ""

Tom and his lovely wife couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. I mean NOTHING was too much trouble. The booking process was very straightforward and helpful. Tom was there like a shot if we needed anything but completely non intrusive, leaving us to enjoy our holiday otherwise. Yes the caravan is an older one but it is in excellent condition, really well looked after and spotlessly clean. It has it's own private garden and decking area which was perfect for us as we could leave the caravan door open and just let our dogs wander around. The environment is outstanding. Hearing nothing but birdsong in the morning was just so idyllic and the walk to the small quiet beach ( we only ever saw two people on there! ) through the nature reserve was lovely too. Thanks so much for your hospitality Tom, we will definitely be back!

The caravan is in a lovely peaceful location, perfect for coastal walks, but the caravan is not well-cared for and no effort has been put in to make it feel 'homely'. When we arrived it was generally very dusty and had not been properly cleaned. The kitchen floor was sticky underfoot and the bedroom smelled strongly of tobacco. A lot of the kitchen equipment needed washing before we could use it. When we arrived the gas bottle was empty. We had trouble finding the owner as it is not obvious where he lives and he didn't answer the phone. .Eventually we tracked him down and the problem was sorted, but we later found that the gas boiler had been left in an unsafe condition with the cover removed and we had no hot water. We didn't manage to find Tom again until the following evening & he didn't answer our phone messages. We enjoyed getting out, but we won't be staying here again!

Enjoyed a great week in this caravan, cemaes is a truly beautiful place and just wish we'd booked for two weeks instead. Thank you to Tom and Anne for making us feel most welcome and for being genuinely understanding about a slight mishap with a ceiling light in the caravan (apologies again!). Wouldn't hesitate in recommending anyone to visit and we're already looking forward to coming back. Thank you so much, Steve and Laura.
