Owner Description

Our holiday home, known as Beaumaris, is situated on a premier site on the front row of the park (5 Old Course Drive) and benefits from uninterrupted views over the East Sands and beyond to St. Andrews. The well appointed comfortable accommodation has double glazing and gas central heating (combi boiler), a flat screen smart TV, a well equipped kitchen,ample wardrobe and storage cupboards in both bedrooms and an en-suite wc off the main bedroom. In addition to the two bedrooms (one double and one twin) there is a pull-out double bed in the living area. Externally, there is outdoor furniture and a gas barbeque.

Amenities within the park include a bar/restaurant, children's play area and laundry facilities, all locatedat the upper end of the park close to the entrance/exit points and the reception office.

Had a fantastic family stay in the caravan. Communication from Richard from the first enquiry was first rate. The caravan occupies a fantastic position at the bottom section of the park with uninterrupted views of St Andrews and is right beside the path down to the beach and indoor swimming pool. The caravan was spotlessly clean and very modern with everything needed for an enjoyable break. We will definitely be booking again. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Caravan was lovely, so much nicer than ones hired through the park. Living area is a good size with everything you need. Kitchen is fully equipped. Bed was comfy and location in the park was perfect for walking down to the beach, swimming pool and into the town.
