Caravan has gas central heating and double glazing. 3 bedrooms to sleep up to six people.
Bedding is provided along with duvets and pillows, and other essentials such as iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
Two bathrooms each with toilets, the larger bathroom has a shower.
There is a range of cutlery, crockery and a range of cooking equipment. There is a gas cooker and stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and a fridge with ice cooler compartment.
Living room has a wrap around sofa and dining table, electric flame effect fire and a 32" television with built-in free-view and DVD player. Selection of children's dvd's.
Outside there is an enclosed decking area with patio table and chairs, and parasol. The decking is south facing so has the sun all day.
There is private parking for one vehicle next to the caravan.
The caravan is close to the beach access via a sloping path, and a short walk to the Park's main facilities.
Entertainment passes can be purchased on the Park if needed:

Holiday Park facilities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, children's playground, crazy golf, bungee trampoline, Ariel high ropes adventure course, nature walks and activities, sports activities, pottery painting, Live Lounge evening entertainment, bingo, bars and restaurant, pizza takeaway, mini supermarket and launderette.
New Quay village has a beautiful harbour and beaches, dolphin spotting, boat trips, fishing, water-sports, tourist information centre, a range of shops selling gifts and essential items, family friendly pubs, cafes and takeaways, fish and chips, ice cream, lifeboat station and marine wildlife centre.
Just outside New Quay there are many wonderful beaches along the Cardigan Bay coast, along with other attractions such as New Quay Honey Farm, Cardigan Island Coastal Farm Park, The Vale of Rheidol Railway in Aberystwyth to name just a few.
