Owner Description

Luxury plus new to the letting market. This beautiful lodge boasts Large lounge with large wall mounted TV and feature fireplace, sound system with dvd facility. There is also an audio system for radio and cds. New for 2019 beautiful leather 2 seater and 3 seater sofas housing a bed settee for additional visitors and a reclining chair. Dining table seats six.

The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, one and a half bowl sink unit, 5 burner gas hob, double oven, American style fridge freezer with cool drink dispenser, integrated microwave and dish washer. It also has two velux windows and extractor fan over the hob

The utility room houses another sink and the washer dryer. Iron and ironing board also available.

Bedroom 1 contains a king size bed with plenty of storage and an en-suite shower room with additional jets, wc and sink. There is a wall mounted TV in every bedroom.

Bedroom 2 contains a king size bed with plenty of storage and an access door to the main bathroom that can also be accessed from the hallway. This contains wc, sink and P shaped Jacuzzi bath.

Bedroom 3 contains two single beds with plenty of storage.

Velux windows are installed in the two main bedrooms with blinds.

The large decking has a table and chairs for relaxing taking in the stunning panoramic sea view from the front and sides of the lodge.

It is a very peaceful and quiet with private parking for two vehicles and there is an outside tap.

The area surrounding the park provides many opportunities to try and see different things and there is something for everyone of all ages. Just a few miles away from pwllhelli for shopping or sight seeing.

Entertainment passes are not included in the price but can be purchased from haven on arrival.

£100 security bond secures your booking and is held against damages ect and refunded after your stay. Full balance is due 8 weeks prior to your stay and we have a savings club available
