Date of stay - 31 Jul 2021 - 7 Aug 2021

We were so looking forward to our week away. Until we got to the caravan. The garden of the caravan was the worst we seen on the whole site, unkept with weeds everywhere. Inside the caravan had not been cleaned, there was piles of dust around the edges of the floor, thick dust and rubbish on the floors and carpets. Damp in the bedroom, mud on the bedroom walls, dirty bathrooms. Windows in the bedrooms did not lock properly, which left a draft coming through and the shower head was black. I would have happily left, but the children had been looking forward to the holiday for months. The owner did get the cleaners to come back round, when she eventually arrive we just asked her to vacuum and then I got the bleach out and cleaned myself. I couldnt get it up to standard as that would have taken a lot. The floors looked like they hadnt been cleaned properly in forever. Radiator ls rusty. The amount of money is cost me for our holiday, would not recommend this caravan. We had two children with disabilities and I have disabilities myself and a 14mth old baby. I have stayed in better for a lot lot less. Of I could add the photos I took I would but there is no space to do so.
