Owner Description

Our clean and homely caravan is located in the quietest area of the Park yet only a 5 minute walk to the village square. It is on a spacious, sunny plot next to a firebreak so is not overlooked by other caravans. No extra charge for dogs.
Our much-loved caravan is double-glazed and centrally-heated throughout.
Accommodation consists of:-
* double-bedded main Bedroom with a 'Jack and Jill' door to the family Bathroom. It has plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space.
* twin-bedded Bedroom with wardrobe space.
* modern, family Bathroom with spacious shower area, toilet and basin.
* well-equipped Kitchen with full-sized cooker, microwave, toaster and fridge-freezer.
* light and bright Living room with a large window overlooking the firebreak and woodland. It has a double pull-out sofa bed and another double sofa. There is a TV and a DVD player. In addition to the central heating, there is a gas fire.
* Dining area with a table and 4 chairs.
* Porch which is a great area to store boots, coats etc. It has a washer-dryer and a small table with 2 chairs in front of the large window that overlooks the garden; a lovely area for morning coffee or evening drinks.
* south-facing large Veranda which is gated so is great for children and dogs. It has a table with 4 chairs.
* spacious garden which is fully enclosed so is safe for children and dogs. There is a lockable shed for storing bikes, suitcases etc. There is a rotary dryer too.

We aim to be flexible with our holiday dates and short breaks are available outside of school holiday times. Holiday prices are inclusive of heating and electricity and there is no extra charge for dogs.
We provide tea towels and 'essentials', such as tea/coffee, kitchen/toilet rolls, washing-up liquid and washing powder etc. We don't routinely supply bed linen and towels but can do so at an extra cost.
