Set in 184 acres of rolling Cornish countryside just 6 miles away from Newquay on the four star award winning holiday park, White Acres.
There are 13 on-site fishing lakes offering specimen, pleasure and match angling, surrounded by beautiful views.
The 36ft x12ft 3 bedroom 8 berth Delta Phoenix is situated on Pine Forest 201, it has a side deck with table and chairs, double glazing and central heating. The lounge has two sofas with a 32 inch flat screen freeview TV with built in DVD player. It has a dining area with table and chairs.
The kitchen has a gas cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and everything else required to make it a home from home.
There are 3 bedrooms, one double and two twins with an occasional fold out double bed in the lounge.
It has a separate shower room with a power shower and wash basin and a separate toilet and wash basin.
A vacuum, iron, ironing board and hairdryer are also provided.
There is a lockable wooden tackle box outside , please no tackle or bait to be taken into the caravan. Please bring your own padlock to secure
No smoking permitted anywhere in the holiday home. There is an ashtray provided on the back of the decking area.
We do allow dogs at a charge of £30 Per Dog
Price includes a clean at the end of your stay and all gas and electricity you use.
All duvets and pillows are provided but if linen is wanted there will be an additional cost. Linen is currently priced at £20 per double and £10 per single.
Entertainment passes are required, available at reception peak £15 per person, off peak £12 per person, under 2's are free.
Fishing passes are required and are available from the fishing lodge.
We do charge a £50 security deposit that is refunded at the end of your stay if no damages are reported.
