Owner Description
Beech Grove 60. A beautiful modern open plan Swift Soleil with double glazing, full central heating and an additional electric fire in the lounge. TV/DVD combo, fridge with freezer box, ironing board and full size cooker. The large shower is full width of the bathroom. There is a full compliment of crockery, pots, pans and utensils. Bed linen is provided and beds in the two bedrooms are made up for you. A hand towel and tea towel is also provided.
Gas and electric is included in the price. Holiday Village tickets are to be purchased on arrival from reception not daily tickets and are in addition to the caravan rental. The deposit is £75, which is non refundable on cancellation, and comes directly off your holiday cost. Any remaining balances are due one month before the start of your holiday. Cancellations 28 days or less forfeit any payments made. All payments and installments made are confirmed and holiday booking information providing full details is sent along with a private hire booking form to complete for submission to Flamingoland.
No bond is requested however I would expect you and your party to treat the caravan with respect. Accidents will happen but I have spares of most items so please just let me know so that I can replace for the next guest. There is an indoor drier in addition to the outside rotary drier. The caravan is cleaned to a very high standard.

Having stayed at flamingo land for many years , in either private hire or the sites own caravans I must say this one is really up there with the best , the caravan was immaculate, and the little finishing touches really did make it home from home , the caravan has everything you could need . the communication from sue was brilliant I was informed where everything was and she had even supplied little essentials . I would more than happily recommend this caravan to any one , and will 100% be booking it in the future
