Owner Description

A 4 berth family run holiday home at 5* Waterside Holiday Park and Spa set in a quiet secluded location with a gated veranda, patio furniture, own parking bay, amenities all within a short walk. The accommodation is spacious, light and modern, all gas, water, electricity, and entertainment passes are included in the price. Prices from April - October £210 - £835. Weekend Prices from £250 - £490.

The accommodation is fully centrally heated, included a gas fire which is tested regularly by Waterside with double glazing, fully fitted kitchen with crockery, cutlery and utensils, double oven, toaster, kettle, microwave oven and fridge freezer. A very clean and tidy site.

At Waterside there are lots to see and do. From 5 indoor heated swimming pools, outdoor heated swimming pool and leisure facilities with sunbathing facilities, to great live entertainment with kids entertainment, dining facilities including restaurant , bar food, and fish and chip shops. On site Spar shop. Parks, large grass areas for football, 3D football pitches, bikes and scooters. Indoor soft play, indoor and out door gym.

Local attractions- Beach, fun fair, Weymouth Sea Life Centre, crazy golf, Portland Bill, Monkey World, Dorchester and many more great days out. Tickets available at reception for discounted prices.
