A good value stay in a clean and comfortable caravan. Lovely deck with view of the sea. Comfortable bed, great wifi, lovely gas cooker which was easy to use. Nice TV with DVD player, loads of films. Very friendly caring owner. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We have just returned from a family holiday in Caroline's caravan Devon Cliffs. We had a fantastic break and caroline has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and was lovely to meet and greet on arrival. The caravan was spotless and felt like home from home. This caravan has all the essentials and more. Our girls used the buckets and spades, fishing nets, balls that Caroline had kindly provided. We had a welcome pack on arrival which was great touch. The caravan is situated in a great position on the park with just a few mins walk to the entertainment complex, bars, swimming and also the beach!! The caravan has stunning views to the sea and was nice to sit out on the veranda of a evening so relaxing. Overall we have had a fantastic time in this stunning caravan, Caroline has been amazing and I would certainly recommend. I am sure we will be booking again soon for next year.

Hi, our holiday was originally for a family of four (elderly parents and middle aged daughters) but unfortunately the daughters couldn’t make it so this is purely from our perception.The caravan is in our opinion one of the best we’ve used in over 40 years of regular site stays, from the outside it looks little different from the rest, then you enter and you will find not just a holiday let but a home. The small touches Caroline has made are from the heart and not just the head, not only is the caravan spotless but the welcome pack was superb, all mod cons as they used to say, a home from home and perfect for a family holiday young or old. I highly recommend Caroline as a hostess as she is a genuine person who cares unlike some others we have had the pleasure of dealing with over the length of time. We can’t comment on the site as we used the van purely as a base but it looks like it’s got the lot, all the staff we had dealings with were very polite and efficient which always goes down well with us. We know this area well as we’ve been to this lovely part of Devon many times so if you don’t mind travelling a small journey for your food try Greendale Farm Shop (Google it), absolutely superb and lots of animals for the younger children to enjoy (and no my name isn’t Greendale). Finally, we wish Caroline and all her guests` a wonderful summer, regards Alan & Jo.

We had a lovely family weekend in Caroline’s caravan at Devon Cliffs. The caravan is extremely comfortable and homely, and was really well equipped with everything you might need, and more. The caravan has lovely sea views and the park itself is full of amenities. The Exmouth area has lots to do as well so there are plenty of options for ways to spend your day. Top tip - make sure you book swimming slots before you arrive to avoid disappointment. Thanks Caroline for a lovely weekend.

Firstly what a beautiful homely caravan!! I found this holiday as a last minute deal and so glad I did From start of booking to the day of leaving was a absolutely joy I took the drive down from Bristol with 2 younger children to be greeted by the owner (Caroline) she instantly gave you a warm welcome with a bottle of bubbly , gave you a tour of the caravan and explained anything you needed to know even during the stay Caroline was easily reachable if you had any problems or questions communication was outstanding ... we had a beautiful stay down there regardless of the weather the caravan was well maintained and very homely thanks to the little touches of Caroline I couldn’t believe the little details that were thought of , you really didn’t need to worry about bringing much with you apart from your clothes , there were buckets and spades , large range of DVD’s , children’s toys and books clean freshly made beds the rooms even have there own themes , cleaning products , tea coffee and sugar , Caroline made her best efforts to insure your holiday was as stress free as possible.... you are also gifted with a beautiful view of the sea from the main window and decking where given weather permitting you can sit out there and enjoy your meals or drinks with guest you may be staying with . the site has a lot to offer but due to COVID restrictions we unfortunately didn’t get to experience the whole facility’s at the park ... I would highly recommend anyone to experience a stay in the beautiful holiday home and have every intentions of going back for another visit , thank you Caroline for such a wonderful experience in your beautiful holiday home hopefully see you again ... kind regards the ball family x

We had a fantastic weeks stay at Devon Cliffs. The caravan itself was lovely and clean with excellent views of the sea. There was lots of added extras which was a lovely touch with the added bonus of a bottle of Prosecco! Plenty of DVDs for adults and children of all ages. The bathroom was really spacious. The caravans is located perfectly for panoramic sea views, quiet spot but still only a short walk to the main complex.

Very good communication with Caroline from initial enquiry to making the booking. This clean, comfortable, light and airy caravan has all you need for a relaxing holiday, including extras such as good quality sun loungers on the decking overlooking stunning views of the sea. The personal touches of family photographs, and history of the caravan are a nice touch, as are the themed bedrooms. Its position near the top of the park is good as it's in a quiet area with parking nearby. There's a good range of equipment in the kitchen and everything worked well. The beds were comfortable and the duvets and throws cosy. The caravan park is quite hilly so may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility, and a bus runs from the park to Exmouth. There is also a car park at the lower end of the caravan park which gets you closer to the beach, although there is still a steep climb up and down to the sands which are beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this caravan :-D

A lovely change of scenery!! Caroline's caravan is well situated on the park with an amazing view of the sea. The caravan is well equipped, clean and tidy with lots of added extras including a bottle of prosecco for our arrival ???????? We had a lovely weekend in the caravan, lovely panoramic views from inside and on the decking. Even though it was a bank holiday weekend where this caravan was situated was very peaceful and quiet. Having said that it wasn’t too far to the shop and restaurants on the park.

Just left the Caravan after a lovely long weekend stay. Booking was straightforward and communication pre-arrival was excellent. Caroline's caravan was clean and tidy with lots of extras, and it has one of the best equipped kitchen area I've seen in all my stays at Devon Cliff. Very cosy and comfortable to stay. It is conveniently located close to parking slots and the beach. Caroline also kept good communication with me during the stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again next time we are in Devon.

We received a very warm welcome from the owners on our arrival with a cup of tea and chat. The caravan was very clean and had everything you need including hand towels and bed linen (which is lovely and co-ordinated!). It is smart and modern with a homely feel. There is a lovely view and a sunny veranda with comfy chairs to enjoy. It was a relaxing break - we would recommend this accommodation and certainly stay again. Thank you!

Having just spent a week in this lovely caravan which was spotless and having lots of little extras with that personal touch made this a great holiday. We had a lovely stay at this caravan and Caroline was very helpful and made us feel welcome. The caravan was clean, roomy and has very comfy beds. The view from the caravan is a breathtaking sea view and is only a short walk to the sandy beach. There was a bottle of bubbly on arrival and plenty of little extras provided to ensure we had everything we needed. We had a great stay and would recommend.

Lovely clean caravan with lots of added extras. Caroline was the perfect host who greeted us upon arrival and made sure we were happy with the accommodation - she also went out of her way to make sure the children got a chance to use the pool, cannot thank you enough ! Caravan was great and very clean. Caroline is an excellent host and we enjoyed the extras that were included. Kids really liked the themed rooms and the toys/DVDs that were there. Decking was great with fantastic views. Devon Cliffs is an excellent park and well recommended. Swimming pool was great for the kids. Beach nice and clean, only 5 mins walk. A nice getaway with the family after months of lockdown. Everyone had an amazing time. Caravan had everything we needed and more. Location is perfect, not too far from the beach and amenities. Lots to do within the site and surrounding area. Caroline is a wonderful host making sure we are okey and had everything we needed.

Caravan was very clean and had lots of personal touches. The site was generally clean and tidy and felt well organised considering the Coronavirus. We had to book for the swimming pool in advance but that meant it was much quieter than normal. The beach is within easy walking distance and is a safe and sandy beach. Lots of lovely walks around too. Many thanks, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

We had booked this caravan for our first holiday in Devon with our four year old and our 3 month old baby and we absolutely loved it. Caroline came and greeted us and made us feel very welcome! Upon arrival there was a bottle of Prosecco and lemonade in which I think is a great addition to this lovely caravan! The caravan was in immaculate condition and felt very cosy! The views on the balcony are unreal and with the sun shining it made our holiday! The site itself had many things to do for children and the beach was also very clean! This caravan is 100% great value for money and id recommend staying here to anyone. Caroline has been a great host and we’ve already planned to go back next year! Thank you Caroline x

The caravan is beautifully clean. I like the attention to detail which makes it seem more welcoming such as the themed bedrooms and the family photos. The soft blankets/wraps that were supplied were starting to come in useful, although we still had a lovely afternoon tea on the balcony. This caravan is particularly well situated, being slightly elevated, and giving lovely views of the bay. You can sit on the window seats and watch the sun work it's way across from morning to evening. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Stayed here the last week of July and was met on the day by the owner Caroline Phillips who gave us a quick tour around the caravan.We found it very clean and comfortable lots of extras as described by previous reviewers,Caroline said she was going out to buy 2 new sun loungers as the previous ones had been broken,true to her word she turned up a few hours later with 2 sturdy comfortable sun loungers. We had a great time and Caroline was very easy to deal with and was always pleasant and helpful if your looking for a caravan on this Haven site then I can't recommend this enough Martin & family

Just returned from a lovely break with the family What a lovely cosy caravan ,with all the lovely comforts of home plus that added extra Nothing was to much trouble for Caroline the owner ,she was very understanding and helped where ever she could . The caravan was excellent, very clean and tidy but very well equipped. Modern and well organised. Staying here was easy, It was close to all the action which was useful with tired little ones. Ms. Caroline's Caravan is very lovely clean and professionally decorated to feel ourselves it is like our own caravan with all bedding and soft furnishings. The view from caravan is great and overlooking the seaviews with little 5 min short walk to main entertainment complex. Lovely clean caravan with lots of special touches, washing up liquid, soap, tea towels, tea coffee etc and a very good collection of DVD's. Great views from the caravan and very close to the bars, swimming pool etc. Also has a spacious decking are overlooking the sea views. I will definitely be coming back with my family.

A perfect escape for a weekend away. Caravan was immaculately clean and all the bedding and soft furnishings feel new. Lots of extras that I’ve never had when booking directly with the site. The view from the decking is lovely and only a short walk from beach and pool. I went with a group of girlfriends but there was plenty of space. Will be back soon!!

Just got back from our long weekend stay at Caroline's lovely family caravan. Location of the caravan is great, about 5 minute walk from the entertainment complex and around 10 minute walk from the beach and the caravan has wonderful sea views. Everything was very clean and tidy, the caravan has a lovely "homely" feel to it. Was really nice to have washing up liquid, dish cloths, hand soap, bin liners and hand towels provided also! The bottle of prosecco went down a treat too! Meeting Caroline to hand over the keys at the end of our stay was nice as well. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning.

Great weekend break in a lovely caravan with all the extra little homely touches you would not find in a standard caravan. The view is amazing from the front window looking out to the sea. The site itself is very large and has everything you could ever want (even if it does result in a little walk now and again) and caters for all ages. Caroline is very accommodating and lets you check in at 1.00p.m. if you wish and is great at communicating with you and answering any questions you may have.

Stayed here for a 3 nights with my two boys, aged 7 and 9. Caravan was very clean and well kept, with lots of extras you don't normally get with private hire like bedding, tea towels, and washing up liquid and lots more!!. So less to pack!! The site is huge and gets very busy in the main holiday weeks, so I would say make sure you book your activities as soon as you arrive, quite a few of the popular ones were fully booked for at least a week when I tried to book them. (pool party, junior segways!). Also if you are going to eat at the on-site pub, the Mash and Barrel be prepared to wait, each time we eat there we had at least a 45 min wait for food. The passes are extra but Caroline made that clear during the booking process, so was no issue to purchase them at reception. Caroline's communication was superb throughout and made us feel welcome in her new caravan. The caravan is close to the main complex, but is up the hills a little. Caroline also met me at the end of my stay to collect keys and ensure everything had been ok, which was a nice touch. I would definitely stay in the caravan again.

We had a fabulous 4 day break in August, we booked last minute and the owner was accommodating and flexible in allowing us to book the exact period we were available for. The caravan was well priced for its facilities, it had everything we needed without being ultra lux'. Our stay was made more enjoyable thanks to the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. One thing we hadn't realised when booking, was the passes to use the pool, entertainment and other Haven facilities were not included, I now understand that this is quite common with private bookings. However, this did not spoil our holiday as we chose to make the most of the gorgeous local beaches. Thank you Caroline.

Thanks for being great renters. I was a bit disappointed to only get an 8 for cleanliness as I spend 2-3 hrs cleaning my caravan for changover whereas Haven only have 1-1 1/4 hrs on theirs. I hope to see you again soon. Caroline x

Really lovely caravan set in a great location! Site is easily big enough to get lost so make sure you've got the map handy! Caroline made us feel welcome and the caravan was well equipped for everything we could have needed. Will definitely stay again! !

New caravan, clean, well equipped and with a nice spacious layout of rooms. Good location, just a few minutes walk to the club house, the cliff path and grass playground areas. Caroline was very friendly and helpful to all our needs. Highly recommended!
