Our lovely Prestige grade top of the range - 2 bedroom Regal Autograph is sited in a very quiet area of 5 star award winning Rockley Park. There is parking for 2 cars and room for the children to play safely by the side. It is 2 mins from the entertainment venue and 10 mins to the beach.
It had full gas central heating and is double glazed. It has patio doors leading to a large wrap around gated decking . There are steps to another patio area which is really useful. There is parking for 2 cars.

The main double bedroom has a KING SIZE bed with large double wardrobe and draws, as well a dressing table and stool , 26"flat screen TV with freeview. There is also pendant lighting by the bed, along with sockets and bedside cabinets either side. There is an en suite toilet, shower and wash basin. The 2nd bedroom has free standing twin beds which can push together to make another king size bed. There Is lots of wardrobe space and drawers, along with over head storage and a dressing table with flat screen TV with free view. Both the bedrooms are very large for a caravan.

The kitchen has built in appliances, including a full size double gas oven / grill, 5 ring hob,full size fridge/freezer, microwave. There is a dining table and 4 chairs. All cutlery, saucepans, crockery, toaster, microwave etc are all supplied.

The lounge has a 4 seater sofa which converts into a sofa bed. The is also a separate chair. There is a flame/pebble effect electric fire, 32" flat screen TV , DVD and a BT Your view box for recording. Bluetooth MP3 speaker

The bathroom has a large walk in shower, basin, over sink light, razor point, soft close toilet seats and storage cupboard. There is gas central heating and double glazing throughout.

We have a lovely quiet gated decking area with patio table and chairs with views over the bay. The van is no smoking and no pets are allowed. We provide bed linen, hand towels and tea towels. All you need to bring is swimming towels and bath towels. There will normally be tea, coffee, sugar, cling film, foil, washing up liquid etc and we just ask you to replace what you use for the next guests.
Mains Gas & electricity are included in the price.

This is a truly fabulous caravan, great location and views.

Booking requirements: A non refundable deposit of £100 is required within 7days of booking to secure your dates. Full payment is requested 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date please. We also require a £100 damages and breakages deposit. This will be returned to you within 7 days once the caravan has been checked.
