Double bedroom [DOUBLE BED] with fitted wardrobes t.v. [free view] snug room with wall mounted t.v [ FREE VIEW] you will find another DOUBLE BED overlooking fishing lake French doors leading to decking of this room, lounge has double pull down sofa bed wall mounted t.v. SKY with [FREE VIEW AS BACK UP] French doors leading to decking area where you find gas bbq and table and chairs over looking fishing lake

kitchen has glass dining table large fridge freezer, wine cooler, dish washer, gas hob oven extract fan, toaster, microwave. another set of French doors leading to wrapped round decking area, utility room where you will find a washer drier.

This lodge benefit from gas central heating [not bottled gas] and double glazing this lodge is on a quite part of Haggerston Castle

We supply gas bbq for your use only thing that we ask if you clean it if you use it if not cleaned we will charge £10.00 With regards to rubbish if you can dispose of all rubbish that are near by.


Bookings TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To book our fantastic lodge we require a £50 deposit. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date.

On top of balance there is a £50 refundable damage deposit required. WHICH IS PAID BACK INTO YOUR METHOD OF PAYMENT WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS !!!!!

BOOKINGS CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER MEMBER OF YOUR FAMILY OF ALTERNATIVELY TRAVEL INSURANCE SHOULD BE CLAIMED !!!!!
