Nuthatch (306) is situated in a quiet area of Kelling Heath but is still only a few minutes walk to all the amenities (We offer 2 for 1 passes for the Leisure Centre on site) It has a veranda and picnic table to seat up to 6, perfect for dining al fresco.

The caravan has a large Lounge/Dining area with a door leading out onto the decking where you can have a coffee in the morning sun or a relaxing glass of wine in the evening. It has plenty of seating with a 'pull out bed' concealed in part of the seating which is the size of a small double bed. We have a TV and DVD player and also provide a selection of DVD's, Games and Jigsaw Puzzles for your enjoyment.

The Kitchen is well laid out with plenty of storage and a large fridge freezer, gas cooker, microwave and all utensils, crockery, pots, pans and glasses.

Bedroom 1 is large and has a double bed, overhead cupboards, dressing table, bedside tables with lamps and wall to wall wardrobe. This bedroom has an ensuite toilet and wash basin. There is room for a travel cot in here.

Bedroom 2 has two 2ft3" beds with a small wardrobe and overhead storage. The beds can be attached together to make a Double Bed for parties of two couples.

The Shower Room which is across from the second bedroom is a good size and also contains a wash basin and second toilet.

The hallway has coat hooks and there are pigeon holes near the door for storage of shoes.

We will provide all bed linen and will make the beds up ready for your arrival.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS. Tea towels are provided, as are dishcloths and scourers.

The caravan is double glazed and centrally heated (gas and electricity is included in our tariff), there is also an electric fire in the lounge.

Keys can be collected from reception on presentation of a key release form, which we will send you before your stay. This form can also be used to claim your 2 for 1 passes for the leisure centre.

Sorry we cannot allow Hen or Stag parties.

No Smoking inside the caravan.

No Pets.

The site has a shop, restaurants, bars and a take away selling pizzas. There are tennis courts, table tennis tables (rackets and balls provided in the caravan) and swimming pools (indoor and outdoor). The leisure centre also has a steam room, sauna and hot tub. There is often entertainment, including Children’s entertainment in the evenings, either outside in the village square or in the terrace bar. There are also a number of activities for children and adults organised by Kelling Heath, details of which can be obtained from reception. The Kelling Heath site is an excellent place for birdwatching and star gazing. Nearby are local stables for horse riding, Poppy line (North Norfolk Steam/Diesel Heritage Railway) and the beautiful North Norfolk Coastline with many beach resorts.

Guest Comments

We have just got back from a 4 night stay here travelling with 2 adults and 4 children (ranging from ages 2-6). The caravan is just a short walk from all of the park facilities. The caravan itself is very modern and well maintained - it was immaculately clean on arrival and fully equipped with all the essentials. Our children really appreciated all the little extras such as the board games, binoculars to name a few, they enjoyed exploring the surrounding area, watching squirrels and birds eating from the bird feeder :) Sally replied to all of my questions quickly both before and after confirming our booking. Overall we had a wonderful stay and could not fault the accommodation or service we received from the owner. Would definitely reccomend
