Owner Description

This caravan is sited on Private Land, in a quiet rural location, away from the hustle and bustle of daily living. It has access to private parking adjacent to the caravan. It is in a secluded location and would suit those who want to get away from it all. It is within 3 miles from local amenities which would include shops, doctor's surgery, leisure centre etc. The caravan has full Central Heating and is double glazed.

This would suit walkers, being in close proximity to the Preseli Hills, where you can experience Panoramic views to take your breath away. It is also just a 30 minute drive away from beautiful beaches such as Tenby and Saundersfoot in one direction; and Poppit Sands, Newport and Mwnt in the other direction. The caravan is 40ft long x 12ft wide, and has two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, a small en-suite containing a toilet and sink, whilst the second bedroom has two single beds. It also has a separate shower room with toilet/sink.

It has a well equipped kitchen with a full size dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as all essential utensils such as crockery, cutlery etc Dining area consists of a table and 4 chairs (highchair available on request). The Lounge area has a 2 seater sofa plus two armchairs. It is equipped with a TV and DVD player. From the lounge area we have patio doors that opens out onto the decked veranda. The decking area has a patio table that sits 4 people. Here, you will have stunning views of the countryside to enjoy. Please be aware that all Bed Linen will be provided. Please bring your own bath towels / beach towels. The use of a hot tub is available at a supplement.
