Welcome to our Platinum rated holiday home. We have a good size lounge with a large flat screen TV with free view. A dining/lounge area with table and chairs, a large corner suite (with pullout double bed). The Master bedroom has a double bed with storage underneath, double wardrobes, dressing table and en suite bath & shower, wash basin & toilet. The second bedroom has twin beds with wardrobe & cupboards. The main bathroom has a shower, toilet & wash basin. Bedding is provided (towels not included). We have a modern kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, extractor fan and coffee machine (Dolce Gusto).

Situated in a prime location in Devon’s premier holiday resort of Dawlish Warren, close to the blue flag beach, close to all amenities, short walk to all attractions of Dawlish Warren including a mini theme park, with go carts and crazy golf, amusements arcade, local shops, restaurants and pubs all within walking distance. This also offers a range of scenic coastal paths, nature reserve and vast cycle paths and a local bike hire shop close by. The train station is only 5 minutes away and there is a bus service into Dawlish and other near-by towns. PARK FACILITIES AVAILABLE MARCH - 29th OCTOBER (passes not included in price unless stated).

Fantastic entertainment for the whole family at both caravan park and local pubs. Beach Short walk away, which is beautiful and clean... caravan is the best I’ve stayed in, even has better storage space than my own home. Has a full size bath in the ensuite... truly amazing. Will be back in 2019 xx
