The caravan is in excellent condition. You will have to provide your own sheets & pillowcases, towels. Fully equipped with toaster, kettle, microwave. Family size stove, rechargeable vacuum cleaner. Iron & ironing table, also hair dryer in main bedroom cupboard. Very friendly staff. Wonderfully kept grounds & facilities, several playing areas for children. In quiet cul-de-sac. For key release & full access to facilities there is an admin charge of £10 per booking by the park, which includes passes for clubhouse, games room & all facilities. Except for 50p for pool access. Free fishing at the lake.

Pub in the village with good food; shop open for 7 days a week, with excellent opening hours. Not far from all the beaches in the surrounding area in a beautiful and unspoilt part of West Wales. Transport is available to transport you to Newquay, in mornings - returning late afternoon. Also very good bus service available for other places, if required. You would be expected to leave the holiday home in a good clean condition. You can be assured you will not be disappointed by the caravan, site or area. The caravan reference is D230 and a key can be obtained from the office on arrival. Check in from 12 noon & vacate by 11.30 am. Reception open until 6 pm 7 days a week. Late arrivals can arrange to pick up key etc. from Smugglers Bar & Grill by 11 pm by prior arrangement.

A free shuttle bus is available for transporting to Newquay, leaving at 11.30 am returning at 5 pm.
