Had a great stay in Doreen’s lovely caravan situated overlooking one of the lakes. It’s in a great spot on the campsite and was nice and peaceful. The caravan has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Booking was very easy Doreen arranged everything for us to just turn up. Highly recommended.

We have just returned from a week in this caravan. We couldn’t have asked for more. The owner was really friendly and helpful, from booking to the end of the holiday. The caravan has everything you would need for a family holiday. The view from the decking overlooking the lake was my highlight. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting and watching the family of swans and ducks. We all said we could have stayed longer. Definitely recommend

Doreen was very pleasant and easy to deal with from our initial enquiry through to booking. Communication was excellent in the lead up to our stay. Upon arrival we had access to the caravan from 2.30pm which allowed us to avoid the rush from Haven check-ins. The caravan was very modern, spacious and clean. There was ample space for two adults, two children (age 5 & 7) and a small dog (cocker spaniel) plus a bedroom to spare! The caravan is located in a beautiful and quiet area of the park on the edge of a small lake. Swans, geese and ducks were regular visitors to the large deck which the kids loved. The deck had comfortable furniture that allowed us to enjoy the unobstructed afternoon sun. The caravan is a short stroll (less than 5 mins) from the main facilities-excellent for younger kids. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would recommend this caravan and owner without hesitation. Thank you, Doreen!

Managed to book a late weekend deal to stay at this lovely caravan. The caravan is situated in the quiet Lakefield area of Haggerston, a short walk to the main complex and overlooking a small lake with a beautiful view. My little boy absolutely loved to watch the ducks and swans on a morning. The caravan was immaculate on our arrival. Literally everything you need is on hand - microwave, toaster, kettle, iron etc. The beds are very comfortable, lots of wardrobe space, powerful shower and spacious living area. Unfortunately we ran out of gas on our last day but this was resolved within half an hour of contacting Doreen the owner. The weather was very wet, windy and muddy but it really didn’t take away the fact we had an absolutely great weekend away in this lovely caravan. Thanks so much Doreen, we can’t wait to book up again for next year.

Doreen's caravan is situated in a perfect quiet spot overlooking a beautiful lake. Plenty of outdoor furniture and a brilliant large enclosed veranda which was perfect for our dog, nice and safe. The caravan is lovely and comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. We stayed as a family of 6 and had a lovely week at Haggerston. Really good value for money and would definitely recommend booking with Doreen.

Had a great week at the caravan. Lovely and clean and everything we needed for a relaxing week away. Great location by the lake and very peaceful. My toddler enjoyed seeing the ducks by the lake everyday. Lots of outdoor space on the decking which was toddler and dog friendly with the locked gate. Good size bedrooms and living/kitchen area. Would highly recommend.

Just got back from an amazing weekend at Mrs Sims caravan, my husband and myself along with our 12 year son and collie thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, the caravan is in a quiet beautiful location on the lake. The caravan was clean and very modern with everything you need. We've been going to Haggerston castle for alot of years and stayed in different caravans but this by far is the best one we've stayed in. Fantastic weekend from start to finish. We'll definitely be back.

We have just returned from this amazing caravan yesterday and we are already plabning our return trip later in the year! We arrived just as work was finishing on site so while the amusements etc weren't as good the kids didnt mind one bit as there was plenty to do in and around the caravan. Our toddler and pup loved having free rein of the decking and watching the ducks and our older kids loved being out by the water and all the wildlife. Close enough to the main complex but so quiet and peaceful at night! We absolutely loved this stay and couldnt recommend the caravan or owner enough, customer service from start to finish was amazing! Cant wait to return ????

Stayed in Doreens caravan for three nights, myself, my partner, my mother and our Jack Russell. Great caravan, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Great part off the site, very peaceful with outside decking for sitting out onoverlooking the pond. Decking has lockable gate, so could leave dog out on the decking safely. Very dog and child friendly. Had a lovely break and would definitely stay again. Would highly recommend.

This was my families first time staying in a caravan so we didn’t know quite what to expect. I’m happy to say we had a great time in this lovely holiday home, which is in a really peaceful location facing the lake. We loved the fact our dog was able to stay and she loved lying on the terrace watching the ducks in the morning. Doreen was really friendly, helpful and replied to any emails or texts quickly which is always a bonus. We’ll definitely stay again.

Lovely caravan. Has everything you need and more. Great location on the park with lovely veranda and lake view. My husband and I had a lovely short break. This is the second consecutive year we have stayed at Doreen’s caravan and we will be booking again! The caravan is spotless and is a lovely layout, feels like a home from home. The location is perfect - my kids can play outside and safely walk to all the activities but it is set back enough that the location feels very peaceful. I love the wrap round decking letting us open up the doors and see the lake and allowing our dog to lay outside but safe within the decking fence. Doreen calls to make sure everything is ok and is only a phone call away. Her friends on site topped up our gas bottle without us even having to ask! I wouldn’t book anywhere else at haggerston. Love this caravan and the family time we have here.

Doreens caravan is in a fantastic location right on a beautiful lake and is just a short walk to the amenities. The caravan was spotless, the water was lovely and hot in the shower and the central heating very quickly warmed us up after some beautiful walks with our little fur baby. We would certainly return as we had a very relaxing time.

Had a fab weekend in Doreen’s caravan. We just booked last minute but everything was spot on... would highly recommend a stay in this caravan. Myself, husband and our dog Ollie will definitely stay here again. Loved the personal touch with a call from Doreen on our 1st night and that her friends in no 46 were on hand if we needed anything. Just returned from another week at Doreen s caravan , as usual the van was spotless on arrival and had everything we needed . Doreen phoned to see if everything was ok she is such a lovely caring person . Val came over to chat next again day as she recognised us and told us if there were any problems just to let her know. Really feels like home from home and would recommend this caravan to any one. Looking forward to going back again next year.

Our family took our dad away for a weeks break, caravan is in a beautiful quiet location of the park, sitting out on the balcony overlooking the lake. Superb setting on a lake with ducklings, goslings & cygnets. Grandchildren were overjoyed. Clean comfortable well equipped van, dog friendly too which is getting harder to find. Good communication with owner. Highly recommended & would love to return

We had a great time staying in this caravan, it’s stocked with everything you need and it’s in a beautiful spot right next to the lake. We loved feeding the ducks and swans. It’s lovely and quiet. Just back from our stay here & we've had an absolutely fantastic time. Fabulous location, really beautiful & peaceful & quite. the caravan is in a great location on a small lake with ducks swans and geese. its also just a short walk to the entertainment complex.everything you need is supplied in the caravan.when we arrived the caravan was spotless. the decking is great with plenty of seating and is fully enclosed so our dog can roam freely without being able to get out. you can sit and watch all the wildlife on the lake. there is a tv in the lounge and master bedroom with lots of freesat channels.the kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer and cooker with plenty of cutlery and plates. first class caravan and will return here for future holidays.

Excellent caravan, good size, well equipped and clean. Terrific location overlooking a small lake but not too far from the complex. If we visit Haggerston again would definitely consider this caravan.

This was the second time we visited the caravan this year,as ever Doreen was very friendly and helpful throughout our pre/post booking experience. As were Frank and Val the lovely couple who look after the caravan. Caravan was immaculate, situated in a great quiet location, still close to main complex overlooking lake. Just back from a weeks stays in this lovely caravan. It was like a home from home, everything we needed was their. My Staffy loved lying outside on the decking. We all loved feeding the Swans and Geese being next to the lake. Beautiful location, could not have asked for anything better.

We were very happy with this caravan, it was the first time we stayed here or in that area of the park for that matter, which was situated in a lovely quite area but still close to main complex. Myself, my husband and our 2 little chihuahuas spent a lovely totally relaxing time at this beautiful van. It is positioned in quiet part of the park right next to a lake. There is everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Could not find one fault about our stay. Mrs Sim contacted us to make sure everything was OK for us and it was perfect. I have been visiting this caravan every year for 5 years. It is fantastic, a spacious caravan and modern. It is on a beautiful park of the site not too far away from the complex but in a quiet area overlooking a lake. The caravan is always very clean and has a great veranda for sitting out.

We all had an amazing time in this beautiful immaculate caravan, in a fantastic location overlooking a lake with swans with cygnets and ducks and moorhens. Was lovely that we could take our little Cavalier Rosie with us too, she loved to sit on the veranda with the kids watching what was going on. We have been coming to Haggerston for a few years now & this is by far our favourite spot & caravan. Lovely helpful people Doreen val & Frank made our stay a very memorable one. Have been using Doreen's caravan for last 3 years and its like a home from home for us. You can't last for more, the caravan has everything you need and a fab big verandah with seating in a quiet but close location to everything. Overlooking a small pond with swans, geese, moor hens and ducks oh and the tap dancing obligatory seagulls that wake you in the mornings. The big plus for us is this is a pet friendly caravan Mac enjoys his holiday too! Well be back again Doreen. Xxxxx

We were delighted with the caravan it was everything that was said in the advert. location was perfect for us and couldn't have asked for better caravan . The couple who look after the van were very helpful and friendly as was the owner when booking etc. We have booked again for a week this summer.
