Owner Description

I have a lovely 3 bedroom caravan situated on the Naze Marine Holiday Park, Walton on the Naze, Essex. The caravan has 1 double bed & 2 twins with pull out double in the living area. It comes fully furnished for living including quilts pillows and all linen. Gas fire, gas central heating, freeview tv/dvd (please bring your own dvd's) microwave, toaster, kettle, dog bowls.

Walton on the naze is a small town 10/15 mins walk away with all you need to help with your stay including: pubs, cafe's, gift shops, pet shop, pet groomer, fish & chip shops, ice cream sellers, pie and mash shop, post office, supermarkets as well as the second largest pier in the country with all its attractions.

It also boasts miles of sandy beaches ideal for making sand castles and some parts of the beach are dog friendly all year round (please check signs on promenade for details)

£50 non refundable deposit secures your booking. Full payment must be made 4 weeks prior to your first day of your booking.

An additional £50 breakage deposit is required and will be returned if all is ok after it has been cleaned.

I had two grandchildren, 5 & 12. My son had his wife and their son, 2. The caravan was not new and there were a few signs of age but living area was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and all crockery, cutlery, saucepans etc were new and of good quality. Everything we needed and more. The two twin bedrooms had brightly covered duvets. The big bedroom was a good size. Bathroom and toilet fine. All very clean. Malcom met us and was very friendly. This was our first time in a caravan and we had a very good weekend.
