Friday to Friday bookings but we will try to help you to book the holiday you want so will accommodate short breaks.

A key release form will be sent to you via email. This must be printed & presented at Owner Services, (next to reception) or as directed by the park.. You can pick up the keys from 5pm. Reception closes at 8pm. The key release form is also needed to collect your "two-for-one" leisure facilities membership passes subject to availability & government Covid guidelines .
T&Cs during the Coronavirus period; if you are unable to stay at Copperleaf due to your own illness or self-isolation as a result of recent contact with a person who has covid, I will either offer alternative dates or give you a voucher for a future booking. If the booking cannot go ahead due to other factors such as the park or government lockdowns, I will contact you immediately to arrange a full refund or alternative dates. If the preceding outgoing guest reports covid symptoms, a quarantine period of 72 hours must be enforced before you start your holiday with any loss of days covered by a voucher for the equivalent value of days lost . If you show Covid symptoms, you must notify me & the Park immediately & return home if well enough to travel. Any days lost will be reimbursed as a voucher to be used for a short break or discount on future bookings.
