Additional Info: The 2018 Cambrian Plantation lodge is sited on the new and secluded Nelson Meadow development. The lodge directly overlooks the beautiful Nelsons lake and boasts delightful views of the Cornish countryside. The lodge has a double block paved parking bay and wrap around decking. Wi-fi is available on the park, with excellent reception from the lodge location.

Award winning high specification Cambrian Plantation 20x40ft lodge sited on the new and secluded Nelson Meadow development on White Acres Holiday Park.
The Platation lodge delivers a bright colonial feel with a contemporary decoration and open plan Lounge / kitchen / dining area. The double patio door opens onto a glass fronted veranda, making the generously proportioned Plantation home the perfect family retreat.
Block paved parking bay for two cars. Glass fronted wrap around decking with rattan patio set. The lodge is yards away and overlooks the beautiful and tranquil Nelsons lake. The grassed area outside the lodge accommodates both a secure wooden and 2 extra large deluxe metal tackle lockers.
The lodge has double glazing with full central heating and radiators in every room.
The open plan kitchen area is airy and light, with cooker, separate hob, microwave, integrated dishwasher and washer dryer. Ample work surface and cupboards, equipped with all modern living utentials and devices. The open plan lounge diner comprises of a relaxation area incorporating a 3-piece suite, wall mounted 32” TV, fireplace with electric fire. The dining area facilitates a large dining table for 6-people overlooking the beautiful patio and lake.
The large king sized master bedroom offers a fully fitted en-suite with luxury shower. Free standing wardrobe, bedside cabinets, vanity unit and wall mounted TV / DVD player.
Each of the two twin bedroom are equipped with free standing bedroom furniture and wall mounted TV / DVD player.
The family bathroom has bath and shower with matching fittings, including a free standing vanity sink with storage.
White Acres Holiday Park boasts 13 tranquil fishing lakes, Fishing Lodge, where fishing permits and fishing tuition can be obtained, nine hole Crazy Golf course and also First Bite cafe, close to the Lakes, serving all day breakfast and snacks throughout the day.
Close to many beautiful beaches (many famous for surfing), shopping, supermarkets, golf course, riding stables and many tourist attractions. Newquay is approx 6 miles away, where you can find a good variety of shops, pubs, restaurants, beaches, a cinema, the Blue Reef Aquarium, Newquay Zoo, Splash Pool with flumes etc, Riding Stables. Good transport links service the area with a bus stop directly outside Holiday Park with regular buses running to and from Newquay and St Austell (including late night bus services). There is a train station and bus/coach station in Newquay and Newquay Airport is approx 6 miles away.

Fishing permits may be purchased from the Fishing Lodge to allow fishing on White Acres match or specimin fishing lakes.
Entertainment Passes are required to use the Holiday Park's facilities and these are available from site reception at the cost of £10.00 off-peak or £12.00 in peak.
Please, no bait or fishing tackle in the lodge.
Strictly no pets or smoking in the caravan, due to allergies.
Our breaks run from Saturday to Saturday.
Lodge available after 2pm on the day of arrival. (3pm peak weeks).
Please Vacate the lodge before 10am on the day of departure.
Parkdean White Acres own rules dictate the following:
The users of private caravans cannot enter the fishing festivals although you can enter normal weekly competitions.
Parkdean rules specify that a maximum of 4 same sex angling parties are welcome where all members are over age of 25yrs.
Single sex male/female parties where half the party are under the age of 25 are not permitted.
Bookings from parties under the age of 21 are not permitted.
