The caravan is located on a spacious corner plot of Cedar Vale, with a central location to all the amenities. Full veranda with parking for 1 car. Double glazing, central heating, highly modern and immaculately clean, with rattan table and chairs on the veranda and wooden pub bench to the side with grassed area.

Fully equipped kitchen with French doors to the side of caravan. All highly modern accessories, microwave oven, 4 burner hob, gas oven, hob whistling kettle, toaster, full size integrated fridge/freezer and integrated washing machine, helping to take the stress out of having to over pack with children. Dining table to seat 6. No need to bring anything but your food!

Modern lounge with armchair, free standing spacious corner sofa, a 65” flat screen smart TV & DVD player. Another set of French doors leading on to the seating area on the veranda.

Main bedroom has a vanity area with mirror and wardrobe. There is also an en-suite toilet and hand basin with hand towel. Two further bedrooms with wardrobes and shelving storage. All with 19” TV/DVD combo. **BED LINEN INCLUDED **

Family shower room with large modern shower cubicle and storage for towels. Hand towel and bath mat **MAIN TOWELS NOT PROVIDED**

We provide an iron, ironing board, hoover, hairdryer, clothes horse, children’s games and children's DVD's.

For your safety there is a fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector and smoke alarm fitted

This is a strictly NO SMOKING and NO PETS caravan and we would ask that you also refrain from smoking on the veranda. BBQ’s are welcome, away from the veranda and caravan. All we ask is that you look after the caravan as much as we do and that you leave it as you find it!! There is a £100 refundable deposit, but this will NOT be returned if there are any breakages/damages, signs of smoking/pets or any missing items.

Arrival time 2pm and leaving time 10am.

Primrose Valley offers everything under one roof, show bars, amusements, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spar shop, fish & chips, Papa Johns, Burger King, Starbucks and more. There are children's playgrounds across the site, the nearest being 2 minutes away from the caravan.

**ENTERTAINMENT PASSES NOT INCLUDED AND TO BE PURCHASED DIRECT WITH HAVEN IF REQUIRED**

Situated just outside Filey. 10 minutes drive from Bridlington and Scarborough. If you fancy the extra few miles, Whitby and our favourite, Robinhood’s Bay, are not too far away either.

Buses can also be caught on site.

Supermarkets such as Tesco, Lidl, Sainsbury’s and Morrison’s are all situated within Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough.
