Owner Description

Our 2017 caravan is located on Orange 59, an elevated area of Waterside Park which has beautiful views of the surrounding hills. It is double glazed and centrally heated throughout; sleeping up to 6, with main and en suite shower rooms. High speed Wi-Fi available (for phones, tablets, etc.), access purchased via onsite Reception.
3, 4 and 7 night bookings available - please enquire.

LOUNGE: Spacious interior incorporates ample and comfortable seating in a welcoming, bright and relaxing atmosphere. SMART TV with Satellite/Free-sat and DVD / Blu-ray player. Electric fire and patio doors onto decking with extensive views of surrounding hills.

DINING AREA: Free-standing dining table and chairs.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped fitted kitchen includes full-size integrated fridge, freezer and microwave, full-size gas cooker and electric cooker hood. The kitchen has very good storage space and comes with crockery, cutlery, pans and cooking utensils, kettle and toaster.

BEDROOMS: The spacious master bedroom has ample wardrobe and drawer space, as well as under bed storage. It also features its own en-suite shower room. The 2nd twin room has a wardrobe and drawers as well as storage space under the beds. The beds could be moved to create a 2nd double if required. A further pull-out double bed is located in the lounge within the seating. Pillows and duvets for all beds are supplied. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are not supplied. Bring your own or these can be hired from the Park Reception.

SHOWER ROOMS & TOILETS: Both the main and en-suite shower rooms have thermostatic showers in a large cubical with sliding glass door, toilet and wash basin.

HEATING: Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, means you can holiday all season in comfort.

DECKING: White UPVc and composite decking provides outside space complete with patio table, chairs and sun umbrella.

All prices include Waterside entertainment passes (there is a daily/weekly admission charge for the leisure complex – available from Reception), gas and electricity.

No smoking allowed in the caravan / no pets / no same sex parties.
A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

The 5* Waterside Holiday Park and Spa offers an affordable and fun filled experience for all age groups with on-site amenities including the Waterside Venue family entertainment centre, Boomers Children’s Club, Spa, heated swimming pools, gym, sports bar (with indoor soft play area), restaurant, take away, shop and launderette.

Bowleaze Cove is only 100m from the park entrance and a regular bus service is also available from the Park to Weymouth town centre with its Blue Flag beach.

A short drive away is the Isle of Portland, passing the world-famous Chesil Beach. Further afield, approximately 20 minutes in the car, are the attractions of Monkey World and the Bovington Tank Museum. A little further will take you to Durdle Door and Corfe Castle. Within an hour are the resorts of Bournemouth, Poole and Swanage.
