Kitchen-A well-equipped kitchen with gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave oven, kettle and toaster, pots and pans, along with a good selection of crockery, utensils and glasses, in fact everything you need.

Lounge-Spacious comfortable lounge area compromises, dining table and two seater stool in lounge area, there is a pull out double bed stored under the left hand side sofa seat in the lounge, television unit supporting a large Freeview TV is supplied, electric fire.

Bedroom 1-Main double bedroom to sleep two persons, with double bed, en-suite shower room and wc, mirrored wardrobes with hanging space and shelving plus, bedside shelfs, hair dryer in wardrobe and ironing board.  Iron is stored under the sink in the kitchen.

Bedroom 2-Twin beds (full size), small bedside tables, double wardrobe.

Bathroom-Compromising shower, hand basin and w.c. basin, mirror and shelving for storage of towels and toiletries.

The caravan is double glazed and has central heating throughout.

This caravan comes with an adjoining private car parking space for one car.

It also has a patio area with a wooden garden table/bench for meals outside.

Please note: You will only need to bring with you, your own towels. The duvets, pillows, bed linen, tea towels and bath mats are supplied. 

Should you require site passes so that your family can take advantage of all on site facilities, they can be obtained from the main reception at an additional charge.

Should you require Wifi, there is a contact number to connect to Wifinity. The on site Wifi facility information is in the Information Booklet kept in the lounge area of our caravan.

PLEASE BOOK EARLY TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.

A £50 security deposit per week is required to secure your booking but will be returned after the caravan has been checked following the hire period and found to be in good order. The security deposit is non refundable if cancellation or damage.

Full payment for your holiday is required 4 weeks prior to your holiday start date. (the security deposit is separate from holiday cost).

  • Additional Info: The Park has a play area, pitch and put, local shop, fish and chip shop, show bar, restaurant, swimming pool, games and arcade area. There is also a launderette on site. You can also hire 4 wheeler, 4 seater peddle cycles to go around the site for 1/2 hour sessions. Some of the facilities require a pass which can be purchased from Reception. WiFi is available on site through Wifinity at a cost, free WiFi is available in the restaurant if you have a pass. There is a lovely beach about 10 minutes walk from the caravan.

We had a lovely time in your caravan which is clean, warm and very homely. Our kids enjoyed playing the games too. Location is perfect and key collection is a great way to check in and leave. Would definitely recommend to friends/family. Also Chris is great to deal with - regular emails and a text to make sure we had arrived ok and that all was well.
