Owner's Booking Terms
A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 4 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, PayPal or Cheque via our secure payment portal. An electronic receipt will be provided.

Smoking is strictly prohibited. A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages, loss or evidence of smoking during your stay. This will be refunded within one week of departure following successful inspection.

Check-in and key collection is from the main reception on the day of your arrival.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

For access to the swimming pools, clubs, leisure and entertainment facilities on the site you will need to obtain Fun-works passes. These can be purchased from Haven on your arrival day from reception (prices vary throughout the year and are not included in the rental price).

Main Description
Graded as deluxe by Haven, with 3 bedroom, 8 berth superbly appointed caravan, situated in one of the best positions on Perran Sands Holiday Park in beautiful Cornwall.

This beautiful holiday home is a stone's throw from all the site's amenities, yet still has a relaxed feel, making it a perfect location whether you wish to stay on site and simply watch the world go by. It is also a very short walk to the sand dunes and a pathway that provides direct access to the stunning beach, which is both private and lifeguard patrolled at peaks times.

All bed linen is provided within the rental price.

Lounge/Dining Room: This extremely spacious, open plan area has a light and airy feel about it and provides plenty of seating for everyone, with a large L-shaped sofa arrangement incorporating a pull out double sofa-bed, free standing coffee table, 26" flat screen TV with DVD player and an IPod docking station.

Kitchen: The stylish, well-equipped kitchen contains everything you should need and comprises a full sized oven and hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster - we even provide your tea towels!

Master Bedroom: A comfortable 4'6" double bed, complete with pillows, duvet and cotton bed linen, ensures you have everything you need for a perfect night's sleep. You will have plenty of storage too with fitted wardrobes - we even provide your hairdryer and an iron/ironing board, travel cot & high chair, leaving you less to pack!

Twin Bedroom 1: This bedroom has two single beds, storage, complete with pillows, duvets and all bed linen.

Family Bathroom: The bathroom contains a large shower, WC & wash basin and additional storage.Separate WC: Contains a WC & wash basin.

You also have a private patio area, complete with BBQ, a wooden table and bench: perfect for Al-fresco dining or simply enjoying a glass of wine. To the rear there is ample parking for 4 cars.
