We provide accommodation only and all activities and passes must be obtained directly from site. 5 star family site with facilities for all ages, 3 swimming pools, 2 indoor and one outdoor, golf course, archery, high wires adventures, peddle karts, lake water activities and nature trails, all set on the lovely Lancashire coastline with stunning beaches (Roan Head) only a short drive away.

The Lodge is fully central heated, controlled by timer thermostat. CCTV to outside area only. TVs to master bedroom, and Lounge area, with full surround sound, Blue Ray. NEW for 2020 X BOX 360 gaming machine in snug with game selection.

Owner's booking terms

Booking is subject to receipt of a £200 refundable damage deposit. All parties must be named on booking form. Over occupancy will result in immediate termination of Holiday as it is in breach of insurance regulations.

Full T&C’s must be agreed to, signed and a copy returned prior to booking.

Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to holiday commencing. Access will not be granted to the accommodation without full payment.

Excess cleaning will result in an additional charge of £25.
