Owner Description

Welcome to this 3 bed 8 berth caravan on the great Parkdean resorts Cayton bay, Scarborough. New to letting so quite a few dates available, some bookings already in so please check for availability.

Beautifully kept spacious holiday let compromising of the following.
1 double, 2 twin rooms and double pull out in the lounge.
The lounge easily accommodates 8 people and plenty more seating around the dining table. Tv, DVD and gas fire, a very spacious family area
South facing veranda with patio furniture slightly elevated.
The well laid out kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for your self catering holiday including Fridge/freezer ,Microwave, toaster, kettle etc.
Iron/ironing board and Hair dryer are provided for your convenience.
Still warm and cosy through the winter months. Double glazing, electric heating, gas fire and oil filled radiators will keep you nice and toastie!
The facilities are only a 4-5 minute walk away. Walkway up to the caravan.

We are happy to provide bedding in with quoted price but you will need to bring your own towels.

We cater for short breaks and 7 night stays. Dates and prices displayed are based on Friday- Monday & Monday to Friday breaks, please ask for other prices inc 7 night stays etc. Minimum 2 night stay.

  • Additional Info: This great family park is a 5 minute walk from the beautiful bay, also a surfers paradise including surf shop. Great picturesque walks including the Cleaveland way. Across from the park is The Towbar pub serving food and weekend entertainment, it has a great outdoor area too, it is also pet friendly until 5pm. The star inn, a pet friendly pub is in Cayton village and is around a 15 to 20 minute stroll away. Bus stops outside the park entrance take you into Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington.

    On park we have the showbar with top class entertainment for all ages. The boat house bar and grill has an indoor soft play area, sports coverage, free WiFi and a lovely patio overlooking the all weather mini football and basketball pitch and children's adventure play area. Indoor fun pool, amusements, mini supermarket, crazy golf, fish and chip shop, take away, children's bungee, launderette and much more.

I booked this holiday at the last minute having contacted Debbie by email. Her responses were quick and I found her to be extremely helpful at all times. Because the weather was predicted to be hot I was persuaded by this caravans south facing veranda. I was not disappointed and after exploring the North Yorkshire coastline and walking part of the Cleveland way I couldn't wait to get back to the peace and tranquility of cayton bay caravan park.
