Owner Description

Our holiday home has been fitted out with a new kitchen, cooker, microwave, TV’s and DVD player, recliner leather sofas, new gas heating & boiler, new electric fire in living area, new carpets and curtains, tastefully decorated throughout, see more details below.

Situated in a preferred elevated position with breathtaking panoramic views of loch earn and the surrounding hills with several different outside seating areas where you can relax or enjoy alfresco dining. Privately owned and booked directly with the owner for extra peace of mind.

The living room is part of a large open plan area incorporating the kitchen and dining area. The living area has new black leather recliner sofas, TV and DVD player, occasional lamps, tables and an electric fire. A patio door from the living room leads onto newly installed decking supplied with new seating for enjoying alfresco dining or relaxing with your favorite beverages. Several other outside seating areas are provided for your enjoyment.

The fully equipped modern kitchen includes a new gas cooker with extractor fan, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, pots, pans and crockery. A comfortable dining table with four chairs is provided for you to enjoy inside dining. Within the kitchen area an additional good sized storage cupboard is provided to compliment the storage space found within the fitted kitchen area units where you will find a vacuum cleaner and additional storage shelving.

The main bedroom has plenty cupboard storage space, drawers and storage box along with a comfortable double bed and for your added comfort and enjoyment a good sized en-suite toilet and shower is included. The second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe and bedside cabinet perfect for all your holiday requirements. We provide bedding for all guests, please bring your own towels, a laundry is available onsite.

The caravan is equipped with 2 bathrooms. The main toilet has a toilet, shower and wash basin, the second toilet is by way of an en-suite off within the main bedroom, equipped with a toilet, wash basin and over bath shower.

Outside you have a choice of seating’s areas dependant on your desires. Comfortable rattan seating is found on the decking area whilst additional timber dining table and 4 chairs is provided with a gazebo and solar lighting. Other chairs are provided for you to place wherever you like to catch the sun or sit in the shade.

For your safety we have installed a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

We have a strict no stags parties, no hen do's, no smoking and no pets policy.

£100.00 Non refundable deposit is required to take a booking.

An additional £100 refundable damage deposit will be added to the final payment but is returned within 5 days of you vacating holiday home as long as no damages have occurred.
