THIS CARAVAN IS SITED ON HAPPYDAYS HOLIDAY HOMES NORTH in Chapel St. Leonards
It has under floor insulation and supplementary heating along with DOUBLE GLAZING
The main bedroom has a KING SIZED Devan bed, bedside & over bed lockers, a dressing table & 3 wardrobes with supplementary heating.
The twin room has 2 comfortable single beds, HIGHCHAIRS, WATERPROOFS and BEDGUARDS as well as a RAISED DISABLE TOILET SEAT can be provide at NO EXTRA CHARGE....we can also provide TRAVEL COTS at £10.00 FOR THE PERIOD OF YOUR STAY, please book in advance of arrival.
Across from the twin room is the bathroom, which has a wide shower cubical, toilet and wash basin.
All bedding (sheets, pillows & cases, duvets & covers) are provided fresh and laundered on every change over. Through the dividing door to the beautifully styled kitchen, there is everything you will need for a self catering holiday, including microwave, full sized split cooker, toaster and Fridge/Freezer and plenty of storage space for your food.
The dinning area leads to the lounge where there is a further pull-out double sofa bed. There is also a 32 inch Flatscreen TV with freeview and DVD player along with a radio with CD and tape players.
The rear door leads to a gated veranda with table & chairs for your comfort. There are windbreakers and folding chairs for your use, on the beach or at the caravan.
Happy Days Holiday Homes NORTH is family orientated with facilities such as an outdoor heated fun pool, (from JUNE to Oct. passes available on request) children's play area, arcades and launderette, Arches Pub with big screen T.V. showing Sky & B.T. and WI-FI. Nearby are grocery shops, restaurants, cafe’s and public houses offering a variety of food and entertainment along with a large childrens play area
Happy Days Holiday Homes is located close to a large and clean beach, with private access from the site.
The bus services are only yards away from the site giving easy access to place's like Fantasy Island, Skegness and Mablethorpe along with many more attractions and places of interest along the Lincolnshire coastline.
