Our 2 bedroomed, 38 x 12 foot, double glazed and central heated, 2017 Swift Biarritz caravan, situated on Chesil Vista Holiday Park, will provide couples or families with modern facilities and lots of home comforts too. The large main bedroom, with King-size bed, comes complete with dressing table, walk in dressing area, with storage and the luxury of an En-suite toilet and wash basin. With the twin room just down the corridor, which can be transformed into a second double bedroom by pushing the single beds together, if desired. The shower room, has a large power shower, and being over six foot I can confirm it does accommodate tall people comfortably too. This room also includes the all-important second toilet and wall basin. You will need to bring your own linen, king size sheets and duvet cover, and also singles for the twin, if needed, pillow cases and of course your towels.
Due to the Covid situation please feel free to bring your own duvets and pillow, if you prefer.
Moving down the holiday home we come to the fully fitted kitchen area with all the appliances and utensils you’d need to prepare any types of meals. There’s a cork screw and bottle opener too :-) The kitchen comes with a gas cooker, with large oven, grill and a four ring hob, an under unit integrated fridge and freezer and finally an eye level microwave oven. Kitchen top appliances include a kettle and a 4 slice toaster. Your safety is assured with a ceiling mounted smoke and carbon monoxide alarm and, just in case, there is a fully armed fire extinguisher on hand.
The dining area has a table and chairs for four, but if you prefer alfresco dining you could take advantage of the large sun trap veranda, accessed by the side door or through the patio doors through the lounge area. On the veranda, you will find a four seater rattan furniture set, with cushions, for your comfort, and with views to enjoy of Portland, Chesil beach and the Fleet lagoon.
Back inside in the living room, comfortable seating for all the family, an electric convection heater for those chilly moments, and a 40 inch Ultra HD Smart TV and a Blu-ray DVD player for entertainment. There’s also a small selection DVD’s for those rainy days when you can’t get out, or if you just fancy a lazy moment. Free unlimited Wi-Fi is available in the caravan.
Additional site facilities include the shop at reception.
Chesil Vista is an ideal base if venturing out, either in the car, by bus or on foot. If you fancy walking into Weymouth itself, check out the Rodwell trail, which only take 35 to 40 minutes to walk to the harbour, and it has amazing views as well. The places to visit are too numerous to list, but there’s Weymouth beach & harbour, Chesil beach, Portland, Abbotsbury tropical gardens, Abbotsbury Swannery, Lulworth Cove & Castle, Monkey World, the Tank museum to name but a few :-)
To secure a booking we take a £50 non-refundable deposit, with the full balance required 6 weeks in advance of your stay. We also charge a £40 refundable breakages deposit which will be re-paid on inspection of the van at the end of your stay.
