Owner Description

Our modern caravan is situated in Monks View Ladram Bay. Sleeping for up to 6 people (most comfortable for 4) having 2 bedrooms, one double, one twin and also a small double pull out sofa bed in the lounge.
The Caravan is in a quiet spot and is a short walk from the main complex.
With sea views to the south, views of the countryside to the west and north. Perfect for walking enthusiasts with miles of coastal walks to either side.

The open plan living area features a 32” TV with Freeview, DVD/bluray player, PS3 playstation and DAB radio. The caravan also benefits from Gas Central Heating and Double Glazing.
Also provided is a 2nd TV in the master bedroom and a few games in the twin room to keep the children happy.
All rooms have ample fitted wardrobes for storage.
Linen and fresh towels (not beach towels) can be supplied for £10 on request (to cover laundry costs)

There is a fully equipped kitchen with full size gas oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, pizza grill and the usual necessary kitchen utensils.

The rental includes all gas and electricity.

Swimming pool passes are not included in the price and will need to be purchased from the reception desk or at the pool counter.

The caravan is strictly no smoking, no single sex groups and no pets.
Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a 20% non-refundable deposit.
The balance and a refundable £75 key and breakages deposit will be required 6 weeks before your stay begins.
Any holidays booked within 6 weeks of arrival will require payment in full at the time of booking.
Payment directly to the owner by bank transfer is preferred, but will accept cheques.

Check in is from 2:00pm with check out at 10:00am.
Later checkout may be available for a small charge depending on arrivals.

  • Additional Info: Large Indoor heated swimming pool with new outdoor splash zone for 2018, water cannons,,slides etc for smaller children.
    Sauna and steam room are inclusive with pool admission.
    For active people there is a small gym above the pool. Table tennis for the less active is also available.
    Refreshments are available in the pool cafe.
    Seats, tables and loungers are in place outside the pool splash zone on newly built terraces for lounging in the sun.
    There is a large outdoor play area for children of all ages including a large pirate ship for climbing, a zip wire and various climbing nets, swings etc.

    Pebbles Restaurant serving breakfast lunch & dinner at reasonable prices taking advantage of the outside seating with views of the bay and beach.
    Alternatively Fish & Chip / pizza / kebab shop for takeaways.

    Three Rocks Entertainment Lounge featuring childrens entertainers followed by bingo and cabaret.

    Kayaks, paddleboards and motor boats can be hired from the beach shack.

We had a wonderful break in this lovely caravan . Everything we needed and more was available for use. The kitchen was very well equipped. The double bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in, in a caravan. Smooth transaction, communication with owners Bob and Lorraine was good. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
