Owner Description

Located on a premium plot at Kelling Heath Holiday Park, our privately owned holiday home, Palissandro is on one of the sunnier and quieter areas but within easy reach of the park centre and all it has to offer.

We aim to be as flexible as possible with holiday dates so please don't hesitate to ask if you are looking for different dates to those shown on the availability system.

Accommodation consists of;
Master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite toilet and basin. Lots of wardrobe space and a small TV. Twin bedroom that can be made into a double with plenty of storage and a small TV. Modern family shower room with hand wash, shower gel and toilet rolls provided. Spacious kitchen with full size cooker, microwave and large fridge freezer. Fully equipped with crockery, glasses, pots, pans and more. Washing up liquid and tea towels provided along with tea, coffee and sugar. Dining area and lounge with double sofa bed, 2 reclining chairs, TV and Dvd player, complete with BT Sport package and an electric fire. Large sunny porch with shoe storage bench seat.

The caravan is centrally heated and double glazed. Double doors from the lounge out onto the south facing decking that overlooks the grassy firebreak and vast woodland. Perfect for watching the wildlife. The garden surrounding the caravan is totally enclosed by fencing and safe for young children and dogs.
Large picnic bench and bistro set. To the rear of the garden is a shed with a plumbed in washing machine for guests to use if they wish. Two well behaved dogs allowed, dogs must be kept on a lead on the park but are free to roam the caravan garden, please remember to clear up any mess.
Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan.
There are 2 adult mountain bikes and 2 children's BMX style bikes available for our guests to use free of charge, please bring a suitable lock to secure them when out and about.
In the shed you will also find tennis and badminton rackets.

£10 extra per dog, per break.

Duvets and pillows provided but please bring your own bed linen and towels.

Indoor swimming pool and leisure centre are available at an extra charge, you can purchase passes for these when checking in at Reception and on production of our key release form you will be able to get 2 for the price of 1.

The caravan is superb. Modern, comfortable with all the mod cons, even TVs in both bedrooms! It feels light and airy but has a cosy feel at night with the blinds drawn. They have proper, comfortable reclining chairs and a three piece settee. By far the best caravan we have stayed in. Located in a quiet, open spaced plot, lovely view of the trees, no overlooking neighbours and the forest on the doorstep ideal for dog walking – perfection! We were very happy when we arrived and very sad to leave! Would highly recommend and have no doubts about booking again. Owners very friendly, helpful and responsive.

Just returned from a week in this caravan with our daughter, 5 year old granddaughter and 7 month old cockapoo. This holiday home is in superb location and is well presented and very comfortable. We went to Kelling heath last year for the first time and fell in love with it and had to return again this year. We booked this caravan and we are so happy that we did. We have had caravan holidays all our lives and this holiday home was by far the best that we have ever stayed in. It was modern, clean and tidy with everything that you would need for your stay and more. With an added little touch of a bottle of wine and shortbread from the caravan owner "Niki" to welcome us on our arrival. The tv's in the bedroom were an added bonus and made it feel more like home. The garden was amazing and completely safe and secure for our 4year old son and dog to play in. The holiday park has everything you need for a great stay. Bar, restaurant, shop, 2 pools, adventure playgrounds, cycle hire and lots more. Sheringham is just a short car ride away and is a beautiful little old seaside town. If you are looking for a place to stay that has all your home comforts and more then this is the place to come to its truly amazing and we will most definately be booking up again next year.
