This has got to be one of the best vans we have stayed in, and we have stayed in a lot! It’s was so well presented, clean (also all the rooms smelt amazing!) and looked after, the owners Ann and Lawrence have obviously put a lot of thought and effort in with the welcome gift and note, such a lovely touch. Another thing I need to mention is the information book/pack, I’ve never seen such an impressive information pack in a van before, really well thought out about places to visit nearby, places to eat and their menus and all the manuals for things like the cooker, microwave and tv, it is brilliant. All in all fantastic van with fabulous owners and will only ever recommend this van from now on and will most definitely be looking forward to visiting again. Thank you for such a fab holiday.

Beautiful van and exceptionally well appointed with everything you could need. The van was spotlessly clean when we arrived and I loved the little personal touch left on arrival for us all. Ann has been a pleasure to deal with from my very first enquiry right through to when we left this morning. I am going to miss having my morning cup of tea out on the decking looking out at that stunning view. I cannot recommend this van enough. Thank you for everything Ann.

These owners are the best we have ever had the pleasure of having, I can be a pain at times with wanting to know things and every time Ann and Lawrence got back to us instantly and we’re always kind. The caravan always smells so fresh and even down to the inside of the drawers its spotless. You can tell they put a lot of work in even on the outside it’s beautifully maintained and everything looks brand new! Everything you need after travelling is there; Milk sugar tea coffee, followed by the most wonderful hamper with all treats including cream tea and cold drink including win. Cleaning products like cloth sponge washing up liquid dishwashing tablets and so much more. I think this is the best pitch on the camp close to the sea for the best view and right next to the beautiful cliff top walk. Thank you so so much for an amazing week. Booking again next year for sure. ????

We absolutely loved our stay at 44 Willows. It had everything we could ask for, it was comfy, clean, fully equipped and with some lovely home from home touches. The personal feel we got felt like we weren’t just customers to Ann and Laurence. The welcome note and basket was a wonderful touch. Our little boy felt comfortable there and loved the space on the decking to run around and the views were just amazing. We are definitely looking forward to coming back very soon!

There really isn’t a star high enough for this home! No one would ever tire of the beautiful view you have when opening them curtains in the morning or watching the sun go down. I can not express how clean and interment details were put into the smallest of things. First caravan we have been to where we could start our holiday straight away. Great access to the costal path which I finally got round to walking (breath taking) I had 2 children aged 10 with us and they loved the space and tv in room for night time. Everything in the van was to the highest quality and nice welcome hamper which we have never had before. We are returning next year our only problem is picking which week from what is left. Thank you Ann and Lawrence for sharing your home with us and communication any time and quick response in security bond. You and your van are amazing ????

We returned from our fabulous weeks stay in this beautiful caravan at the end of July 22. Ann was always extremely helpful answering my questions quickly during the booking process and prior to arrival. When we arrived we had a lovely welcome pack full of lots of treats and goodies including jam/cream and scones! ???? wine and soft drinks were left in the fridge and we all thought it was such a lovely touch from the owners. The caravan smelt amazing and was very clean and tidy! The decking is a real bonus with the glass surround and the amazing views! Any spare moments I made sure I was out enjoying the sunshine and views! Really lovely quiet location not too far from the beach and so close to the coastal walk down into exmouth! We ended up using DC as more of base and walked into exmouth 3 times during our week there. I would ???? recommend this holiday home and if we return to DC again then we would only book to stay here. We have just returned home following a fantastic 2 weeks at Devon Cliffs. What can we say other than amazing and we were definitely sad to leave. We have visited Devon Cliffs for the last 3 years but this caravan was by far the best. The caravan has amazing views and is set in a quiet part of the park. It was excellent value for money and catered for everything you would need. Upon our arrival there was a lovely welcoming gift which really added that extra touch. The caravan was immaculate and it was the first time I have not had to clean upon an arrival. Ann was amazing in all correspondence. Thank you to Ann and Laurence for allowing us to stay in your beautiful caravan. We will definitely be back and this is the only place we will stay.

Just came back from a week at Devon Cliffs an annual break for us as grandparents to two school age grandchildren in the easter holidays. What can I say but Absolutely Superb, Creme de la Creme. I can honestly say it’s one of the best caravans we have stayed in. Set in a beautiful quiet relaxing location with a sea view to take your breath away just a short stroll to South Beach . Very well equipped with all mod cons & spotlessly clean. Great communication with owners. Will definitely be looking to return later in the year. Myself, wife and grandson had a marvellous week staying at this truly beautiful caravan. It is immaculately presented and is the best designed top grade 3 bed caravan we have stayed in over the years. There is plenty of storage space and all our needs were catered for from start to finish. The welcome pack, again, was the best we have encountered and was much appreciated. The excellent location enables a panoramic view of the sea, sky and cliffs which is just wonderful. The booking process was straightforward and Ann kept us informed at every stage and timeous. This was our 2nd visit to Devon Cliffs and what can we say about this caravan but WOW!!! So easy to book and top notch communication from start to finish. The sea view from here is spectacular, the caravan itself is luxurious with everything you could possible want. It really is a home from home, equpped to the highest of standards. The welcome pack and personal note from Ann & Laurence was such a lovely touch. Our only disappointment was we had to leave and come home. We really will book this caravan again in the future and would highly recommend anyone else to do so.

Wow, what can I say! We had the most perfect week in this lovely caravan. The caravan itself was completely spotless and we even had a little welcome basket with cereals, chocolates, wine, sweets, coffee, hot chocolate etc which was such a lovely surprise. The van was in a nice quiet location in a little cul de sac which was great with 2 young boys. We were a short walk from the beach and main complex. We have just finished our stay in this beautiful caravan. The caravan has everything you need and is finished to a high spec. Stayed in many caravans before and this is definitely the nicest, cleanest and luxurious one yet. The weather wasn’t great but this holiday home made our holiday. Would definitely return. Plus WiFi was a huge bonus with children.

Beatiful location on a great park. Amazing sea views! Caravan had everything we needed, Great kitchen, Clean, had WIFI & bluetooth music. Our 18yr old son came down to stay whilst we were there and he loved it. Great praise indeed! Devon Hills is a great park, lots to do. The South Beach Cafe was an amazing place to sit and relax, looking out to sea. The coastal path around to Exmouth had some amazing views. Exmouth a nice laid back town. Will definately return. We had a wonderful stay in this lovely holiday home. Its definitely the nicest caravan we have ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. It was an added bonus having WiFi in the caravan so we could watch Netflix when the weather wasn't great. Ann was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and the wine, chocolates and card were lovely little touches. Already looking to book again for next year, wouldn't hesitate in recommending!

We have just spent a much needed family break is this stunning van. It is beautifully finished, extremely clean and well stocked with everything you need. It is so spacious and comfortable, with amazing views over the sea. Having a smart TV to watch films on during those not so good weather days is a bonus, and wifi of course.. a must with the younger generation! The owners are extremely helpful and thoughtful, the welcome gift was a lovely touch. During the current times of the pandemic we were kept informed of what was happening onsite and any changes along the way and could not of asked for more. We have just spent an amazing week in this luxury caravan with friends of ours to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. Due to COVID 19 we were meant to be in Mexico however we were not disappointed in spending our time here instead. The caravan is immaculate with everything and more you could ask for. We arrived to a welcome card and a bottle of wine which was a lovely touch. Views are amazing and location is ideal for the coastal walk and near to the beach. We have had a very relaxing holiday due to the fact that it was like staying in a luxury hotel. The view was amazing and the position of the caravan was wonderful, very tranquil. There was everything for all your needs, comfort and very clean. Just returned from having a lovely weeks break, the caravan was spotlessly clean and to a very high standard with home from home comforts. The decking with the rattan furniture was great for sitting out and to just chill. The position of the caravan is in a good location and got good sea views.its also close for the beach and coastal path, there's a bus into exmouth a stone's throw away if you dont want to take the car. We would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

After my recent stay at this gorgeous caravan I felt it necessary to share how wonderful my experience was! The van itself was IMMACULATE, everything was so clean and maintained to a fantastic standard. The deck was a brilliant size which made it so useable and the water views were amazing. The pitch itself is well positioned being just a short walk from the Cafe and all the other amusement facilities without being on the main drag for pedestrians. I had an amazing weekend and I can't wait to come again! You've definitely found a repeat customer here.
