Devon Cliffs is Havens 5 star flagship, premier holiday park. We are situated on one of the Premium plots of Willows. Our home is graded as Platinum.
Unlike many of the other pitches that have rows of caravans in front of them, our pitch has just one row before the fabulous cliff edge walk. Step off the veranda and you are almost on the south west coastal path. As well as this, we are close to the path leading to the beautiful Blue Flag sandy beach.

Our home is privately owned, what we describe and our photos are of the actual home you will be staying in.

There is no queuing to check in as we provide access to a lock box on our caravan, so you will not lose valuable holiday time waiting for access to your home.

The home is equipped to a very high standard benefitting from UPVC double glazing, gas central heating throughout with a gas combi boiler system, in addition there is an electric feature fire in the lounge for extra comfort for those cosy evenings in.

We have a large gated wrap around veranda which measures 8 foot deep by 18 foot wide along with a 4 foot return, providing plenty of space for outside entertaining and benefiting from all day sunshine.

There is a fully fitted modern kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, full size integrated fridge and freezer, 5 ring gas hob, extractor fan, glass fronted oven and grill, washing machine.

All crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are provided.

Open plan spacious lounge and dining area with free standing furniture with French doors opening onto the veranda.
Bluetooth entertainment system.
40” Smart TV.

Large master bedroom with good wardrobe storage along with dressing area, 32” TV with DVD. The bedroom is large enough to accommodate a travel cot if needed. There is an adjoining ensuite cloakroom.

Bedroom 2 has full size single beds which could easily be pushed together to make a double. Good wardrobe space.

Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds along with a wardrobe.

Family bathroom with a large shower.

We have smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors fitted in the home.

Outside there is a private drive providing your own parking space alongside the home.

Our home and veranda is a strict No Smoking Zone.

Unfortunately we do not allow pets.

We provide all duvets, pillows and mattress protectors for all bedrooms.
On 7 night stays linen for the beds is included.

You will need to bring your own, towels, beach towels, tea towels, dish cloths etc.

This is one of Havens 5 star parks offering plenty of activities for all age groups.
To access some of the site venues you will need to purchase Park Passes, these are not included in our rental prices but can be purchased directly from Haven.

We have had a very relaxing holiday due to the fact that it was like staying in a luxury hotel. The view was amazing and the position of the caravan was wonderful, very tranquil. There was everything for all your needs, comfort and very clean. The owners are wonderful people, always there with a helping hand and any information you require, could not wish for anymore it was all an excellent holiday THANK YOU.

Just returned from having a lovely weeks break, the caravan was spotlessly clean and to a very high standard with home from home comforts. The decking with the rattan furniture was great for sitting out and to just chill. The position of the caravan is in a good location and got good sea views.its also close for the beach and coastal path, there's a bus into exmouth a stone's throw away if you dont want to take the car. We would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

After my recent stay at this gorgeous caravan I felt it necessary to share how wonderful my experience was! The van itself was IMMACULATE, everything was so clean and maintained to a fantastic standard. The deck was a brilliant size which made it so useable and the water views were amazing. The pitch itself is well positioned being just a short walk from the Cafe and all the other amusement facilities without being on the main drag for pedestrians. I had an amazing weekend and I can't wait to come again! You've definitely found a repeat customer here.
