This is a family owned caravan, it is a Eight-berth three-bedroom with a communal lounge & dining area, double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms plus a double sofa bed in the lounge. Situated close to all the amenities, it is in an ideal location for your short break or holiday at this fantastic site.

Beds made up on arrival.

Entertainment in the caravan is provided by board & card games, 48" LED TV Smart TV. There is a lot to keep everyone busy including enjoying the beautiful surroundings. TV and DVD player also in master bedroom. WIFI available in this van.

The caravan has all the usual gadgets such as kettle, coffee machine, toaster, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, gas fire, microwave as well as the additional benefits of gas central heating, double glazing and fresh filtered water. Gas and electric are included in the price.

Entertainment passes are not included (our prices are lowered against Bunn prices accordingly). These can be bought on arrival through reception when you pick up the keys so no need to buy in advance.

We have additional caravans available. We will offer an alternative if the listed caravan is booked. Prices may differ. We have 2 bed or 3 bed caravans. Please ask for details. Details of other vans can be found on www.csholidaylets.co.uk

Just returned from a lovely weekend with Family in this wonderful caravan. The accommodation was superb and everything we expected. Communication with Sarah before and during the booking process was seamless and very professional. Would love the opportunity to return in the future.

Just returned from a fantastic holiday in this wonderful caravan. It is situated about a 3 minute walk to the Embassy Club and all the amenities, it was spotless when I arrived and had everything you could want to have an enjoyable stay, lots of DVD's and Board Games for the evenings, i would highly recommend this caravan and Sarah the owner was so helpful with any question I had, am looking forward to returning next year.

Just back from a lovely stay in this beautiful caravan. Very homely & despite exceptionally bad weather including high winds & heavy rain, we were very cosy & warm overnight. The bedrooms have heating & the front room has a gas fire & they also provided a portable radiator too which we didn't even need as we really were very warm. The caravan is very conveniently located to the embassy club which meant we didn't have far to go home when we were all tired after watching the fantastic Drifters & the rain was pelting down! We will definitely book again with CS Holidays Lets next time we want to go to Bunn. Sarah was so helpful & made all the arrangements, payments etc seem effortless. We simply picked up the keys & started to enjoy our time there immediately & just dropped the key off on the way out! Sarah messaged us to wish us a happy stay & made sure we could contact her during our stay! Highly recommend this caravan to anyone! Thank you Sarah & Clive

Owner's booking terms

We offer holiday getaways between March and January. Short breaks available Friday to Monday; Monday to Friday.

£50 Security Deposit will be required to secure booking which will be returned after departure. Final payment due 3 weeks prior to arrival date.

Beds made up on arrival. Towels can be ordered for a charge of £15.

We would ask that you leave the caravan as you found it, cleaning products are provided. If you would like an end of stay cleaning service post departure, we can arrange on request at time of final payment. There will be a charge of £30 for this service to cover the costs.

Pets are not allowed. We do have alternative vans that are Per Friendly.
