Welcome to our beautiful second home, we have a brand new 2019 ABI Amberside Premier 2-bedroom caravan that sleeps 6, located at the popular Haven Devon Cliffs, Sandy Bay, Exmouth. This truly is our very own little piece of haven.

It has its own private veranda to sit and watch the world go by, whilst starring at the stunning panoramic sea views, which we feel are the best views on the park. With its own have private parking and in an excellent location, only 5 minutes’ walk max from the swimming pool, entertainment complex, shops, bars and restaurant.

It has double glazing and central heating throughout.

We are child & baby friendly, with travel cot, bed guards, highchairs, family DVDs, bottle steriliser, baby bath seat, changing mat & baby bouncer.

In the lounge there is a 40" TV with built in DVD player in the lounge, and recently installed SKY TV, which has SKY's full entertainment package, sky movies & kid channels. The sofa pulls out in to a sofa bed, so we can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

The kitchen is furnished to a high standard with large integrated fridge freezer, microwave, washer dryer, dishwasher, 4 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan. All utensils are provided including all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. Dining area is a spacious area with freestanding table and chairs.

The master bedroom has a king bed and a 32” TV with built in DVD player, dressing area & en-suite shower. Plenty of storage under the bed, cupboards,draws and full height wardrobe, it has everything you need, we also have a hairdryer for your use.

The second room has 2 x twin beds which can be pushed together to create a double bed, if required. There is also a single wardrobe and dressing table, as well as plenty of room under the beds to store your suitcases.

Bathroom fully fitted double shower with glass sliding door, toilet and wash basin with overhead mirrored cabinet.

Our enclosed veranda to the front of the caravan, with patio furniture, is the best spot to sit, with the stunning panoramic sea views, it truly is a view you will never tire of, no matter the weather, or if your sat inside or out they truly are magnificent views.

The keys for the caravan are in a key safe located at the caravan and you will be issued with the key code prior to your holiday so no queuing at reception. Check in is 2pm and check out time is 10am on the day of departure.

As well as having your beds made up on arrival, we even include a small welcome pack, which included milk, tea bags, coffee, sugar, biscuits & chocolate, so as soon as you arrive you can stick the kettle on.
