This holiday home is situated in an elevated position in Swanage with stunning views across Swanage Bay and the Purbeck Hills. The home is next to Dorset Wildlife Trust's Townsend Nature Reserve which gives access to Durlston Country Park and the South West Coast Path, a very popular, scenic route for walkers and amblers alike.

This modern home, which was new in 2015, offers all the equipment you will need for your stay. The open plan lounge has two sofas, a TV with DVD player and a gas fire with log effect; in addition to central heating throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has a full sized oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster. There is also a dining area which seats six people.

The impressive master bedroom has a king-sized bed (5'0” x 6'6” / 150 x 200 cm) and large wardrobe. There is a “Jack and Jill” bathroom attached to this room. There is a second twin room and these beds can be moved to make a double, if needed. The comfortable sofa in the lounge converts to a double sofa bed.

We provide duvets, pillows, tea towels and a bath mat and toilet roll but please bring your own bedding; sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and bath/hand towels.

There is parking space for one car but also additional, free parking may be found in the main car park next to the Park Reception building.

Swanage Bay View Park offers facilities to suit everyone including a restaurant and bar which sells Costa coffee too, an entertainment area and a fully equipped launderette. Entertainments are organised by Park staff and cater for all age ranges with both daytime and evening events. The Park has a quiet, relaxed atmosphere offering ideal holiday environment to suit all tastes.

Swanage is a wonderful seaside destination offering child-friendly Blue Flag beaches, stunning views of the Jurassic Coastline and Purbeck countryside, many varied water sports facilities and walking routes for both amblers and the more strenuous. It has its own golf course with fabulous, panoramic views over Poole Harbour, a steam railway, historic buildings and miles of golden, sandy beaches. There are many festivals held in Swanage each year and more information can be found on these on the Virtual Swanage website.

The caravan was excellent. It was very spacious with being able to have up to 6 people. The value for money was fantastic for the weekend stay. The beds themselves were very comfy. The kitchen and living room had very good facilities such as a microwave, TV , fridge freezer,kettle and a cooker. The only downside which wasn't with the caravan is that it's very long walk back to the caravan if you are walking.

Thank you for your review. Just for information for others, it is a fifteen to twenty minute walk from the main beach to the caravan.

A lovely comfortable caravan with extra finishing touches that make it feel more like a holiday home than a rental caravan. Well equipped with everything we needed and has superb views.
