Welcome to Kestrel Corner! We recently acquired this beautiful caravan at Wild Duck, Haven in Belton, Norfolk.

With plenty of room for 8 guests, a large double room, 2 twin rooms and a pull-out sofa bed, you are guaranteed a warm and comfortable stay - with the additional benefits of double glazed windows and central heating.

The caravan is sited on a corner plot of Kestrel Court which is a short walk to the main entertainment area, and close by to the Reception and car park, although you can park your car right next to the caravan.

Close by is the river and the ruins of Burgh Castle or you can catch the bus at the entrance to the site and visit Great Yarmouth, Gorleston and Lowestoft with their beautiful beaches and seaside attractions. Further afield, is the historic cathedral city of Norwich, with an abundance of shopping malls, food outlets and entertainment complexes for you to enjoy.

We want everyone to have a wonderful time and we welcome all guests who are happy to abide rules. No same sex groups of stag or hen parties. LGBTQ+ couples and families very welcome.

The caravan is non smoking and we do not allow pets because of the owner's allergies.

£50 security deposit will be refunded following inspection of the caravan. Full payment required 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

Bedding can be provided on request. Please bring your own towels.

We had a lovely stay in this caravan. It was bigger than we thought and had everything we needed. It was near to all the facilities on the site and only a 5 minute walk to a bus stop to go into Great Yarmouth. We hope to return next year.

I have just spent 4 nights in this caravan with my 3 children. The caravan was perfect, it was clean and in a perfect location on the park. My children really enjoyed the holiday and already asking when we can go back. The owners have also been superb, great communication and very helpful. We would definitely book again and I will be recommending to family and friends.

The caravan was great overall! We had a family of 5 and we all fit comfortably. Beds were nice and comfy. Good to have a TV in the main bedroom! Only improvement I could recommend is getting wifi.

Lovely caravan in a lovely holiday park. Easy to book, great communication and everything you could possibly need! We had a great few days and would definitely book again!

Stayed for a weekend with two adults and four children between the ages of 15-9. Caravan was clean with everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen and little touches like tea, coffee and tin foil. A little trouble opening some windows but able to once we knew the nack. Ian has been so so helpful responding to my countless emails helpfully and promptly. Even dropping off an item we left behind to us. The site itself is beautiful with mostly helpful, happy staff. Without Ian’s help we would have had trouble booking onto anything on site but hopefully now Covid restrictions have been lifted others won’t find it so tricky. I did pay £80 for six passes that no one looked at all weekend but hey hoe. Lovely little caravan with helpful owners. Would recommend and use again. Thank you

Friendly owner who answered queries rapidly. Little extra touches left in the caravan such as tea coffee, cleaning products were a lovely touch and was close to all the amenities. A great stay for us :)
