Two Bedroomed Caravan situated on Parkdean's Skipsea Sands Resort. Spacious lounge area with free standing seating, Electric fire, 32inch television with DVD player and XBOX 360. Off the lounge area is a dining table and well equipped Kitchen which has the benefit of a washing machine. Double ensuite Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom, Shower room with shower sink and toilet.

Caravan sleeps 6 including in the lounge area (sofa bed). The caravan benefits from central heating and has a good sized gated Veranda / decking with seating and has a block paved parking area.

Skipsea sands is located on the Yorkshire coast between Hornsea and Bridlington. The Site facilities are open from March to mid November, passes are not included but can be purchased from the reception. Entertainment Complex has a Showbar with entertainment, boathouse restuarant/bar, arcades, bowling alley, sports hall, gym and swimming pool with sauna. The site has play parks, Fishing (chargeable), nisa shop, launderette.
Just offsite there is a fish and chip shop (open march to oct), Skipsea beach club which is open all year and has entertainment (small entry fee / membership required).

Bedding is provided (unless you would prefer to bring your own). Well behaved non destructive and house trained dogs welcome the site is dog friendly. Two dogs are permited and we don't charge for dogs, we do have a rule that we don't allow dogs on the beds (even our own). Security deposit of £50 is required which is refunded after a successful check of the caravan.

High Season
July to September and school holidays
£80 per night, minimum of 2 nights and preference for 3-7 night bookings during high season.
Summer holidays are fixed periods:-
Mon to Fri £320
Fri to Mon £240
Sat to Sat, Fri to Fri or Mon to Mon £540

Mid season
Feb to mid July and mid September to November (excluding school holidays).
£60 per night, minimum of 2 nights

Low season
£55 per night, minimum of 2 nights

Will require a £50 deposit to secure a booking.

Just spent 7 days here, the caravan was spotless, it felt like being at home, don't need to take anything as it has all you need for your stay. Very straightforward booking, Stephen was very helpful, in a good spot well away from the club, not far from beach, Would definitely book again! Had a great week. ??????????????

we stayed in this caravan for a week and cannot fault anything about it . From the intial enquiry nothing was too much trouble for steve the owner . The booking process was straight forward and easy any questions were answered quickly and the instructions for check in clear and easy . The caravan itself is a home from home with everything you need for a comfortable stay . It is well maintained and spotlessly clean the location of the caravan within the park is ideal just a short walk from the entertainment buildings and shop ect but far enough away not to be disturbed by any noise . i would definitely recommend this caravan for familys as well as couples . well equipped with games ,dvd cd/radio ,X box and games as well as satellite tv . We will definitely be returning . Great value for money
