For rent is our beautiful new 2018 New Horizons caravan. This is our family caravan, which we also use regularly as a great escape. Adults and kids love it in equal measures as there is something for everyone; whether it's just relaxing in the van and soaking up the beautiful, quiet location or from enjoying the many things on offer in the park or in the local area, with the beach only a 5 minute walk away. Edinburgh is only a 25 minute bus ride away.

The caravan comprises 3 bedrooms; 1 double room and two twin rooms with blown air heating in each. All bed linen is included and beds will be made up on arrival for you (however please remember to bring your own towels).

Very spacious living area (with pull down double bed) with beautiful electric fire, with a separate dining and kitchen area; shower room with towel radiator and separate additional toilet room.

Caravan comes with all new equipment; crockery; pots and pans and utensils, toaster, microwave and a Tassimo coffee machine, iron and small ironing board available.

40 inch TV with Freeview in living area with a built in DVD player.

The caravan has a tarmac driveway situated right next to the caravan.

The caravan also benefits from a security alarm.

On park the grounds are beautiful with children's play areas, a fishing lake and golf course.
The entertainment complex (passes are available to purchase from reception - under 4's are free) includes a newly refurbished heated swimming pool, with splash areas and flumes. Many activities take place there including aqua jets, pool parties and water walkers.
There is also a beautiful bar and restaurant and a separate show bar where many different activities; kids clubs and shows are put on throughout the day and evening to suit adults, families and children alike.

There is also a laundry and convenience store on the park; but many local shops including take aways and a co-op.

Booking is secured by a £50 refundable security deposit which is additional to your holiday quote. This deposit covers any damages and also covers cancellations. This should be paid by bank transfer or paypal. This will be refunded after the caravan has had a full inspection.
Full balance of holiday to be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to rental start date.

This is our family caravan and we want to keep it nice for us and you. Please respect and look after it. Strictly no more than 8 occupants; no pets and no smoking. If these terms are breached, security will ask you to leave.

We live locally and are therefore able to help should any problems arise. Any questions or special requirements - please just ask. We want to help you have the best holiday possible.
